He was prompt and courteous and let us know that he was able to make the date and time. We set the price and date and away we went. Didnt hear from him until the day of the performance of which he showed up 15 mins early to setup which he had communicated in the beginning that he would do. Once the birthday day arrived he showed up 15 minutes prior so that he could set up and then went right into his performance. He included the birthday boy in part of his performance and he had all 25 children that we had at our party engaged for 45 minutes which if you're around 4 to 6-year-olds often you know how difficult that can be.
