Mr. Reed was awesome! He entertained the hardest group of 4-6 year-olds at my son's birthday party. We were recommended to him from a Facebook group and so we reached out. He was prompt and courteous and let us know that he was able to make the date and time. We set the price and date and away we went. Didnt hear from him until the day of the performance of which he showed up 15 mins early to setup which he had communicated in the beginning that he would do. Once the birthday day arrived he showed up 15 minutes prior so that he could set up and then went right into his performance. He included the birthday boy in part of his performance and he had all 25 children that we had at our party engaged for 45 minutes which if you're around 4 to 6-year-olds often you know how difficult that can be. He also entertained the parents along with them and it was a wonderful performance and we highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for a magician to entertain a young captive audience. We absolutely will have him again for our other children's parties as he is priced right and absolute pleasure to have in our home. read more

Thank you for giving us a heavenly evening full of kids giggles and laughter! I was fortunate to have Patrick as the magician for our daughter's 7th birthday party, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! Patrick's professionalism and patience stood out right from the beginning as he waited patiently for all the guests to finish their meals comfortably before starting the show. This thoughtful approach set the tone for a fantastic evening. Once Patrick began his performance, the room transformed into a haven of laughter and amazement. The birthday kids were quite engaged throughout the show. Their captivation was evident. And the parents laughter could be heard from afar. The joy he brought to our celebration was absolutely priceless, creating memories that will last a lifetime. And I cannot thank him enough for this and for making our daughter's birthday party unforgettable. My daughter cannot wait to attend his magical show again hopefully soon at one of her friend's birthday parties. read more

Patrick was hilarious and very patient. We had a big group of 9 year olds including several younger siblings, and he provided laughs for everyone, including the parents. The booking process is very straightforward, and Patrick is very responsive. All the guests told me how much they loved the show, and he was unfazed by kids who got up during the show to grab water. He showed up very early to set up and is very professional. The birthday boy had the biggest smile and the best time. I highly recommend! read more

Patrick performed at my son's 5th birthday and it was epic! The kids and parents were all thoroughly entertained. Wonderful tricks, super funny jokes, the kids sat through Patrick's performance so engaged and not wanting the fun to end. Patrick met us at the park and came with all his fun magic equipment. Patrick is super responsive and reasonably priced. With all that goes into a kid's birthday party, Patrick made it so easy to book entertainment and not have to worry about a thing. Mr. Patrick agreed to host magic show for my kid's b'day party and what a great show he performed. He makes life easy right from booking to saying good bye to him. And here is how : Booking and charges: It was super easy. Few text msgs and my booking was confirmed. He offered very reasonable price and i just booked. He asked only few details and he understood the requirement based on his vast experience of performing the show. When I reminded him about show a day before, he was already well aware of it. Showing up and setting up venue: Perfectly on time. He showed up 15mins early and he set his magic stuff silently and smoothly. He was self contained, so i did not have to worry anything since party was already going on. Finally the show: Laughter, laughter and more laughter for kids through out the show. Even adults enjoyed it. Wrap up: He wrapped up show very smoothly with good bye note. Thanks Mr. Patrick for adding magical moments to the party. Highly recommended. read more

Couldn't have been happier with Patrick and his show!!! We had 20 kids and their parents, and the kids were TOTALLY entertained. Our party was a Harry Potter themed party, so the magic was so cool to have there. I contact Patrick on a desperate whim and he was so accommodating and friendly. His comedy was CLEAN (clean comedy AND appearance :), FRIENDLY, LIGHT HEARTED, FUNNY... honestly I was SO happy with his show. He got the kids involved and even did a special magic bit for the birthday girl (which was her favorite part!) At times the kids were LITERALLY rolling on the ground with laughter. He had them in the palm of his hand. Best money I've ever spent on a birthday party. You won't be sorry you hired him. So awesome. Thanks Patrick! You truly have a gift!!! read more

We had Patrick over for my son's 6th birthday party and I highly recommend him. It turned out I had to fly out of state because my dad was ill, which left my husband running the party solo. Patrick arrived before any of our guests, even though he was not scheduled until later. Even though I could not be present, the pictures showed all of the kids AND the parents engaged and smiling. My husband said a number of parents requested his business card afterwards. My 6 year old and his friends LOVED Partick's magic tricks. Patrick is such a gentleman that he even sent me a follow up text the next day asking about my father! read more

A-MAY-ZING! for her 6th birthday party, my daughter told me she wanted a magician. not having a magician in my mommy bag-o-tricks, I turned to Yelp and found Patrick the Magician. The Yelp reviews were wonderful, so I contacted Patrick and luckily, he was available on the date of the party. Patrick arrived on time to set up. (Actually he arrived a little early, thank God, because a house full of 20 six year olds is a little insane!) His show was entertaining and fun for kids and adults, too! Amazing magic, funny jokes and lots of audience interaction and participation. As a genuinely nice touch, I received an email from Patrick later that evening thanking me for having him perform at my daughter's party and that he hoped she enjoyed the show. I highly recommend Patrick for parties and events. He's a super nice and talented magician who puts on a memorable show. Kids are still talking about his show one week later. And if you know the attention span of kids, you will know that this is pretty A-MAY-ZING! read more

Mr.Reed's show is among the best that it can get in terms of entertaining kids. Actually, I should say, in terms of entertaining anyone because in my kid's birthday party not only did all the kids have fun, parents as well as grandparents were giving undivided attention to his performance and completely and totally loved it. Our kid's birthday party was a huge success and his show was probably one of the biggest reason for the same! Very reasonable in terms of price and a solid long entertainment. We first hired Patrick for our daugther's 3rd birthday party in 2010 he was a hit. He first did 30 min of walk by magic at all the tables, while our guests where enjoying lunch. He even amaized the crowd of engineers that analyze everything.... they were trying to figure out his tricks and they could not. Then we gather all the little ones and he made them laugh so much. He had audience participation from adults an kids. My daughther still remembers his show. We liked Patrick so much that we hired him on February this year to be the entertainer of our client appreciation party. He made them laugh and participate. He is very professional and on time. Patrick just did a magic show for my son at his 7 year birthday party. As this is my first time to hire a magician for my son's birthday party, I am so worried that what if he does not like it. Finally it turns out that everybody is laughing, including adults. Patrick also did another 30 minutes training section to teach kids some easy tricks. This works too! One more important thing is that hourly rate Patrick charge is fair, I do think I should get him for my daughter's birthday party next time. Thanks Patrick! read more
