Once I tested the paint I decided to use a different brand and went to return the unopened unused paint and they wouldn't allow me to. I'm sure the salesperson works on commission and tricked me into purchasing more than just a sample size knowing I couldn't return the rest. I spoke to the store manager and owner and they said "sorry, we will not do anything to help you". Obviously I wanted my money back but said I would take a store credit and still they wouldn't help me. I was pregnant with 2 toddlers so they knew I didn't have all day to stand and argue. There is zero level of customer service and based on previous reviews, I'm not the only one who feels this way. If multiple people are giving the same kind of feedback, it's probably because it's true. Either hire people with a better work/customer service ethic, or train your people because this is ridiculous. Literally spending almost $100 and being made to feel bad for shopping there because the employees don't want to be bothered.
