None of that happened with every bite. The pastor (not a pork eater) but I had to try it. It has the perfect crunch and softness. The flavor was well blended. It did not have much cinnamon taste to it. The corn tortillas they use for the tacos was perfect. It's not oily or doubled. The burrito itself was hands down the best! Straight to the point. The service was straight to the point. We didn't wait long at all and everything is made to order FRESH! I had to take home a burrito as we are 7 hours away. We definitely will go back here everyday during our visit to Springfield.

My chicken looks nothing like the restaurants' photo of the chicken so I think they were just rushing through the orders, making extra to get by but not really having time to get the recipes 100% right. My first disappointment was how long I saw mine sit under the light while they waited on the girls tacos to get ready. My three were barely warm and I found them to be mediocre at best. The flavor on them all was sorely lacking. I also felt it was over priced for what we got I wish I had gone and gotten the quiche at the nearby bakery instead. Staff was pleasant but not overly friendly. Maybe we went on a bad day but I won't go back. I will try another vendor in the food hall next time. The food hall is clean and the music inside is a nice volume. Plenty of seating.
