By all accounts, this was probably too much food but for the price it was an absolute bargain! This plate was loaded with so much flavor I forgot that I was sitting in the corner of a parking lot. I think the taste of pineapple is more pronounced, and they seem sweeter. I also talked to the owner who plans on making the area more of a "food park" with seating and entertainment. He told me they planned on putting in a BBQ stand, and possibly adding a 3rd. It will be nice to see what happens in the coming months. I'm just glad to see some trucks coming to my side of town.
