Called Kal Tire (Sudbury, Falconbridge location) after Costco told me I would need all new winter…read moretires, and they were able to patch the one leaking tire and saved me hundreds of dollars. Previously, I had my summer to winter tires changed at Costco, and the next day had a flat tire. Went back to Costco, and they said there was something wrong with my *2 year old* winter tires and I would need all new ones. So I called Kal tire and they offered a great deal on winter tires, so I agreed to take the car in (at this point there was no way I was dealing with Costco). Well, Kal tires inspected the tires, filled them up, patched the one tire that was leaking, and I was on my way. Literally saved me over $800 by helping fix the one tire that had a small leak. I will definitely be going back, they were very candid and didn't try to upsell me at all. 10/10!!

They will also block you on your phone when you call them out ..Oh and they will take your over 6k cash over the table not a problem- hopefully the new law encouraging pictures with a certification will help. Promised OEM parts before cert was expired, and put on aftermarket again. buyer beware do your homework first.

However, the professionals in this establishment had turned my thinking of being disenfranchised on its head. I received wonderful service and they did not rip me off. When they told me my bill I kept asking if it was a mistake, but it was not a mistake these are just honest and decent professionals. I fit all the criteria of intersectionality and I walked away so very fulfilled from the service that I had received. Women, people of color and the disabled try these guys even once because you will never leave them.

We Called OK Tire and they were awesome. Jeff checked to see if they had the tires and they did (at a good price) and had put them on for us within an hour of our calling them on a Friday. We were so relieved to get this done and can't recommend these folks who have a definite can-do attitude!
