She then talked to one of the mechanics (again didn't get his name) but he took my Jeep inside and by 10 a.m. I was on my way home with a fully functioning parking brake again and smile on my face and no money out of pocket. I was blown away by the customer service! They helped me out so fast and at no charge! You don't get service like this in Toronto. I wasn't expecting it but it made my day.
