Pretty sure that week lead time should have sufficed? Then he didn't even know how to do the work, when he finally looked it up on his computer he got flustered and rude and said either leave and I'll get around to it whenever or "F" off with the car and leave him alone. This guy is apparently clueless about what is involved in the auto repair business. Stay away you've been alerted. I suspect the other review on here is bogus.

Have been dealing with Jim's auto for about a year, and had them do a safety for me when I bought a…read moreused car recently. I had a strict timeline for getting my car road worthy since I was planning a big road trip shortly after acquiring it, which they were able to meet however I did have an issue with one of the repairs while I was away in the US. After calling Jim's in a panic they assured me their work and parts did have a warrantee and there wouldn't be any out of pocket expense to me to get the car repaired again. The crew at Jim's especially Steph went above and beyond and would call the mechanic in the states to get updates on my car because he yelled at me every time I called him, and then handled payment for everything to fix the problem. As a side note I also purchased tires from the OK Tire next door to Jim's which they made very easy to do and were able to do to help get everything done on time for me at a better price than Fountain Tire in New Sudbury offered me. Really appreciate Steph getting yelled at on my behalf and doing everything to remedy the issue for me!

This place is super shady, cash only and essentially it's in a hidden ally…read more They completely botched my simple 2 door match job. They got the colour, tint % and install all wrong. when I went back to have things corrected I was basically told "that's how it is", "you can't match factory tint", "I've never had anyone complain" there was no resolution other than to come back another day to have the tint removed and he refused to refund me my money. I ended up taking to another shop and had the job completed perfectly. The other shop knew it was Vipers horrible tint and install before I even said anything! I would avoid this place at all cost, there are other affordable places in town to get a really good job done for the same price.
