I had a strict timeline for getting my car road worthy since I was planning a big road trip shortly after acquiring it, which they were able to meet however I did have an issue with one of the repairs while I was away in the US. After calling Jim's in a panic they assured me their work and parts did have a warrantee and there wouldn't be any out of pocket expense to me to get the car repaired again. The crew at Jim's especially Steph went above and beyond and would call the mechanic in the states to get updates on my car because he yelled at me every time I called him, and then handled payment for everything to fix the problem. As a side note I also purchased tires from the OK Tire next door to Jim's which they made very easy to do and were able to do to help get everything done on time for me at a better price than Fountain Tire in New Sudbury offered me.
