I also tried the Maya hot chocolate, which was delicious, along with the sparkling cranberry juice. Our server was friendly and attentive, and we grabbed a few pastries from the front beforehand . They were all so good, but the savory goat cheese and tomato pastry was definitely a favorite. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the freshness and quality of the food. For its interior, it's mostly and simply grey on walls but this emits the "chicness" that doesn't overshadow the theme of its business. You should also pay attention to the ceilings and the floors. I quickly glanced at each section of the store inside. Tucked away in Taos is one of the most unassuming coffee shops you'll ever find. From the outside, you might drive right past it. She went with vanilla and oat milk, while I stuck with my go-to combination of oat milk and honey. Both drinks were outstanding. Smooth, balanced, and packed with flavor without being overly sweet. I've had coffee all over the United States and in several countries around the world, and these lattes easily rank among my favorites.
