There is a QR code at the tables and they prefer you to order at your table, however we had questions and some items were not on the QR menu so we had to go to cashier and ask questions. There is lots of seating on the floor on cushions and mattresses, but there are also several chairs. When you enter you have to take your shoes off, which is not an issue, just wish they had a bench you could sit on to take off your shoes and put your shoes on afterwards, as that was difficult for me , as I didn't have slip ons. That's my only negative. Food was delicious . I tried a new beverage and the pistachio cake- both delish! It is located in a strip mall, so lots of parking. Prices reasonable

Ordered a hot tiramisu latte and a lavender latte. Now normally when a latte is flavored as such it's got a bit of syrup and a taste that sort of resembles the flavor. In this case I could have sworn they took a tiramisu, liquefied it, added espresso and gave it to me in a cup. This was unbelievably on point in flavor! For the lavender latte, identical experience. Tasted fresh, soft, smooth. As if there really was the essence of lavender within the coffee. Your local green and white chain coffee store cannot match this. The cups are also an awesome design. The sipping tip design is like nothing I've seen before. An absolutely must try for a coffee lover

Bubble tea flavors are ones that you will not find elsewhere. For example a kiwi flavored tea. Sounds strange but was delightful! Also tried their spring rolls, 2 piece. Have not yet tried more of their food dishes, but if the spring rolls are any sign then their food will be astounding. It's like there is an old Thai lady working in the back cooking up her secret recipes. Front of the house staff isn't the friendliest, well at least not the guy that was there when I went. But who cares! It's all about the teas and the food. Please visit and share your experience!

My last visit (Friday afternoon) I ordered a Medium Wintermelon Milk Tea (you can get it without the milk), Grilled Chicken Garlic Noodles and a Grilled Shrimp Rice Bowl. Everything was delicious and very flavorful though I felt the Garlic Noodles were a bit on the saltier side and the Wintermelon Milk Tea was a bit too sweet (and I have a sweet tooth). There were a lot of flavorful chicken pieces and the shrimp came with about 7-8 pieces, also very flavorful. They have 3 different sauces that I was given since I was eating there and just returned it to the counter once done. My favorite of the 3 was the more liquidy one though they all tasted great. The place is located in a strip mall with a lot of free parking. There's some seating inside and one small table outside. It's spacious and clean. They have great background music playing and their unisex bathroom is spacious and clean as well. The food came out in a reasonable time and the staff (I'm assuming maybe the owners) were also very pleasant.

In this case I've been here before and the place was packed. Location is just across from Stony Brook University so I could understand but today there was minimal activity. A variety of coffees which I had no complaint with. Okay let's cut to the chase. The interior has an industrial look which is pretty common today, but at some point I looked up to see the exposed HVAC ducts which are painted a cream color. The problem, the tops of the ducts were caked with dust. Major turn off. When someone opens the door to come in or out I have to imagine the breeze, or today the wind, disturbs the dust/dirt which then has the potential to end up in my coffee or food. Again with so many coffee shops in the area I'll be going to one of them. But to be fair I'll check back to see if they get the message
