I live in Xenia, Ohio (who has some of the worst customer service reps ever, the rudest would be…read moreMark), so when I come to the Fairborn, Ohio's Kroger and the customer service is outstanding; I consider myself an Equal Opportunity Reviewer. I review the bad and the good. So, I am very saddened to finally get an opportunity to talk to one of the Fairborn Kroger's employees that I have called about, went online about, and personally talked to a manager about say she hasn't received any praised about a review I reported. Her name is Sharon, she monitors the Uscan at Fairborn's Kroger. She is an epitome of customer service, I go to the Fairborn store about 4 times a week (I try to stay out of the Xenia Store as much as possible) there has not been one time that she has not greeted me with a smile, offered help when it looks like I'm struggling, and thanked me as I'm leaving. That is customer service, and she should be acknowledged. DO BETTER FAIRBORN KROGERS!!!!!!!

DO NOT EAT HERE! AWEFUL FOOD!…read more AWEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! We ordered a deluxe pizza from here. I took it the 20 min home, and when my son took a bite, the pizza was RAW! I called them and told them that the pizza was still DOUGH! They told me to bring it back and they would finish cooking it. I told them I live 20 min away. They told me I could put it in my oven. I told them that was not an option for me (my kitchen is mid remodel). I told them that since I'm driving back I wanted a refund. I will just take my family somewhere. They told me they would only issue a partial refund if I brought it back, and if I was coming in, they would just finish cooking it for me instead! $25 for a deluxe pizza that isn't even cooked and then aweful customer service. This was our first visit since they changed ownership, and I WILL NOT BE RETURNING! I DO NOT RECCOMEND!

Why don't I go there all the time? Mainly because it's usually packed with people and I don't feel like sharing my time waiting on people to get out of the way because they're so self-absorbed they don't leave room to get past their car. This happens at Kroger too a lot. I guess I'm just used to going there, but Walmart probably is better for the overall pricing and its quality. What I really wanted to put a review about was their hot deli with various chicken tenders, nuggets, wings, and a lot of side dishes, including jalapeño, poppers, mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, etc. For I think it was close to. $7.50 I ordered for my husband. I did actually split, a meal with wings mashed potatoes, no gravy, but they had some and mac & cheese into a large container for a meal for one person I guess. It was way more than one person could probably eat and I was correct we didn't need any more . Even though this is not the most common place we go to eat it wasn't bad at all! We both like their chicken wings, even though they're tend to be a little dry at times, but they're still pretty good. So we made the best out of that meal. It was pretty inexpensive for both of us to eat so it was a win in our opinion!
