Called to orchestrate a conversation with the owner and was told she (Joti) would be in after 6PM. My husband and I made the trip down there to find a young Indian man working who totally didn't understand the situation -- and of course, Joti wasn't there -- extremely frustrating. Spent 20+ minutes on the phone with her talking in circles without resolution. She said she would call my husband back the following day and never did. We then escalated to my bank and understand they have been unresponsive to my bank's requests. This has been going on for over a month now -- will absolutely never give that shithole my business again.
