I explained to him that it was a problem for him because he was selling product that had spoiled, and he told me it's my problem since I was the one coming to him. I informed him that my family and I won't be back. Unfortunate, since it is close to my apartment, but I won't go somewhere that sells bad product continuously and gets angry at people when they notice. No one can tell me where it is, why it's not filled, or when I'm actually going to get it. I've now been sent between locations being told it's ready, only to show up and hear "we don't have it." Meanwhile, I'm without medication I need, getting worse, and the staff offers zero real answers. One employee (Rita) looked up my prescription and couldn't give any clear information or timeline at all--just confusion and attitude instead of solutions. At this point, it feels like no one knows what they're doing. This isn't a small mistake--this is people's health. Figure out your system, communicate properly, and stop leaving patients stuck chasing their own prescriptions.
