I love Cumberland Farms, but this location feels very dated compared to others. The convenience store is very small. Sufficient pumps and space at least. Don't get into your car while gas is dispensing unless you want to get called out over the intercom by the attendant. Never had that happen to me before and it left a bad taste in my mouth so I won't be coming to this one again. read more

Hello Cumberland Farms, I went in a while back and the front store was left by itself and I was waiting for to be checked out I was looking for the employees at the reading ma store and I looked closely to the back door room that was swinging open back and fourth and saw them making out in the back room it was a kid with a black beard and glasses kind of tall and a short very short person with glasses and red brownish hair I am taken back and how a store can permit this. I won't come back to the location every to shop because I found myself in a situation where I was left alone at the front and if I was a different person I would just walked out with everything in the store. How it that a store permits this i understand that people might have relationships and what not but I find it UNPROFESSIONAL for that to be happening during work hours as soon as they both stepped out the back room they noticed me and try to play it off like there was something they were helping one another with. read more

Amazing! This has to be one of the cleanest gas I've been to. The cheery staff are always friendly, greeting you as soon as you enter. The coffee stations are very busy, but kept up. You won't find any spills, trash, or remnants of leftovers. The restrooms are spotless! I have the App and abs love the freebies I accumulate when purchasing gas! read more

I frequent this store sometimes , it's close to beach....customers nice. Staff awful....older, loud cashier so slow talking to every guest, Her voice pierces you. Today employee on side of building against Wall, smoking , no mask. The cashier should not speak so much and so loudly, especially during health crisis...old lady about 70. Wrinkles. Light Hair...twice there younger employee about 29 stocking items has to compensate for how slow the other cashier is..... The only reason older cashier slow is because she loudly speaks To each guest for 20 minutes....yes friendly is nice . Not as it slows line out the door...please be more efficient, such a great location. I also feel bad for employees who work hard and follow rules. read more

Cumberland Farms is the worst for not changing out of date tags. Tried to buy a couple of bags of trail mix that said 2 for 5 on tag beneath them. Get to the register and was charged 7.99. Not the first time it happened either...happened before with couple of power aids and some gummies. What's worse is they don't give it to you at said price on tag even after you let them know about it. by law I should've got the trail mix at 2fod 5. I just didnt want to argue because of how long the line was. read more

For a gas station, it's a great experience. The pumps are clean and organized. I've never been there and found the wipers out of fluid or paper towels. The interior is perhaps the cleanest I've ever seen in a convenience store, much less one that has a gas station attached. The have the convection ovens so the food options rival that of any fast food joint AND ARE CHEAPER. The array of standard snacks and beverages is quite extensive. They also have "Store brand" snacks that are interesting if you want to sojourn off the beaten path. Bathrooms? Likely cleaner than yours at home. This location is partly why I'll always look for a Cumby's when travelling. read more

The recent renovations now have Cumberland Farms serving more pre made food and snacks than before. The mart is clean and stocks more items than you would expect from a gas station store. The main reasons for the five star review are two things: 1) One dollar hot or iced coffee, any size (vs. $2.50ish for a large at Dunkin Donuts) 2) Pay for gas with your iPhone and save five cents a gallon. read more

This cumbys is really nice! Randomly pulled off an exit to get gas and this was the first gas station there was. Prices of gas were extremely cheap and the inside was really clean. I was surprised how well taken care of the store was. The location is very convenient to and from the highway. The kid working was nice and I think this is probably the best CF's Ive gone to. read more

I love this chain. This convenience store has everything. I don't drink coffee, but for you coffee lovers they have plent of it. Seats to eat at, snacks for game time, they have almost everything. And the staff is so nice here. This chain is my favorite convenience store. read more

Cumberland Farms has really set the bar high between their clean, well-stocked convenience stores, friendly staff, and their SmartPay gas program (save 10 cents on every gallon of gas, regardless of the day, as long as you link a bank account through their smartphone app). This location is no exception. I try to stop in here a couple times a month to fill up, grab a free drink with a coupon on the app, and be out quickly. Good work Cumbys! read more
