Fantastic customer service in a place I never expected it to come from! The establishment was put together well with a great flow to the store and adequately stocked. I had found everything I was looking for in a short period of time. The employees who were currently working at the time even gave me a few good (hometown) spots I should stop in by like local restaurants and parks. Horrible service and they try to scam you with scratch ticket winners. The old owner was so nice…read morebut the folks he sold to are horrible. On several occasions they have intentionally "dropped" a winning scratch ticket after scanning it. They will scan the ticket, drop it, and try to give you less money or less tickets for the winning amount. Absolutely horrible. My family and I live in CT now but stopped into Stoneham a few days ago. The store is by the highway so we went in, they are still up to their old tricks.
