Always dirty, customer service is spotty. Be better to visit the BP in town which is actually clean, and cares about the guests.

I ordered a coffee on my…read moreway up to a business trip to Cleveland from Columbus, saw the employee pour from the decaf container and asked if she was sure it was regular. She was doing many things so I wasn't positive what I had seen - she assured me it was regular. I continue on my trip, and after 30 minutes or so I realize no caffeine effect upon me. I called & spoke to the manager Bruce Zay, and was told I couldnt get a refund unless I brought the cup back - I was already 45 minutes away. I asked for him to at least speak to the brunette girl in pigtails that made the coffee and explain to her to be more careful, & "Bruce Zay" (if that's even his real name) said "oh? So you're instructing me how to speak to my employees?" He also pretended that there was static and he couldn't hear me speak - I had been on the phone all morning, and no one had complained of a bad connection. I asked to speak to his manager (Missy Plues), and in fact - she was even more rude than he was. At this point, I was very irritated, and she actually hung up on me. I might seem like a total Karen at this point, but have you ever tried functioning with four hours sleep with no caffeine in your system? I rest my case. To add a final nail to the coffin, I actually went so far as to contact Dunkin' Donuts corporate (it was a long drive, lol) and they promised me a call back - I have never gotten one. I swear this, and I swear this for the rest of my days - unless I absolutely have no other option, I will never visit another Dunkin' Donuts again For my weekly donut treats to my employees - or for ANY coffee runs whatsoever. That ends up being $30 a week x 52 weeks per year, times, however many years my company carries out the Friday donut tradition. You do the math.

When I had placed my order, the lady in charge (owner or manager) had just (verbally) told off a man. I suppose that should have a clue about what we might experience. I chose 2 stars because the ice cream is really good. Everyone loved theirs order. My wife said the soft serve cone was one of the best she's ever had. However, the customer service deserves 0-1 stars. When she handed the cone to my brother in law for my 4-year old nephew, he said," I asked for a cup." She replied," You said cone." Try to imagine a very harsh tone here. After I finished my shake, I went to ask for water. I very gingerly asked if I could have a cup of ice water. She came back and said, ".25." I didn't have any money, so I said, "sorry, let me go see if I can find some." She said," you don't have any money?!." "No, I said. We just had a very larger order. We're sitting over there." She said, "I don't usually give out water for free. Do you know what goes into this cup." At that point, I said, "Sorry, if it's that big of a deal, don't worry about it." I guess I shouldn't have assumed I could get ice water with an order of ice cream. I hope the person finds happiness, or whatever was bothering her that day was just a short-term thing. It would be a shame to create a reputation of rude treatment when the ice cream is so good.
