I have posted a couple of reviews (all negative) concerning my interaction with Dunkin Donuts. However I wanted to express my gratitude to this particular facility and its Manager (Carli). On a somewhat regular basis I travel to Columbus, Ohio and this facility is near my halfway mark. So in the past 7 years I have stopped at this Facility dozens of times. In my last visit there was an issue concerning my order. I tried using my phone app for payment but according to the young clerk it was not working. It's a busy place and several customers were in- line behind me. I opted to just pay in cash. Later that day I checked my transaction history and observed that the initial app transaction had in fact been successful. So I had double paid for the order. I contacted Dunkin Donuts and they issued me additional points on my account. I was pleased with the very quick response and resolution. A couple days later I was contacted by the Manager of the facility (Carli) and she issued an apology as well as a full refund and a free cup of coffee. I told her that I was very appreciative at not only her attention to the matter but Dunkin had already handled the issue. She insisted that she wanted to make it right. Carli was courteous, professional and understanding. Every once in awhile you have contact with an individual who displays that level of leadership that needs to be recognized. Many thanks to Carli for your attention to this matter and your professionalism in handling the situation. Maybe what Dunkin needs is more Managers like Carli. WELL DONE. read more

The plus is the staff was friendly. The issue is, they're severely understaffed. This means service suffers. We ordered 2 black coffees. Thats it. It took 10 minutes in the drive through. As we waited it came to me...This is probably why the place was dark at 5:30pm. No exterior lights on. Maybe they hoped it would deter customers so they could catch a break? read more

This is the worst Dunkin. And I've been to a couple other bad ones. Every time I come here they say they can't make hot food. The employees have complained about the owners saying they can't keep enough workers to be able to make hot food. Also have heard from the employees the equipment is broken and they can't make all the menu items. Just close this place down !!!! The only reason I am giving this place one star is because the girl at the drive-thru counter was nice. At 9:45 they were out of glazed and sour cream so I asked for a white filled powdered donut and they gave me a dry blueberry donut. When I order an ice coffee I ask for extra cream & sugar and that's exactly what I receive. The dunkin team is always so cheerful & happy to help their customers. i really enjoy dunkin as one who always goes there however the last few times i have been there there has been plenty issues with it... today i went they claimed they had no straws but proceeded to give me one and refused to give my friend one the ovens were "broken" they had no milk put milk in my friends and refused to put milk in mine they had no doughnuts what so ever they gave my friend a lid that did not fit properly and leaked all over my car yes they are good at times however there always seem to be an issue at some point read more

Stopped there on a Saturday evening around 830. Kids wanted doughnuts so seen the sign and pulled off 71. Place was all lit up, big open sign, and not one doughnut to be found. I am sorry but if you are Dunkin' Donuts and you are open, you damn well ought to have at least some doughnuts. Needless to say won't ever stop at that location again. read more

Not sure why those one stars are there. The people are ALWAYS pleasant at the drive thru. Coffee always hot and fresh. Or chilled, how I normally get it. I'm an on the go and they normally have everything. I think ONCE they didn't have glazed donuts, so there's that. Overall a great DD. read more

Just stopped at this dunkin after a crazzzy ass weekend. My mouth bout dry as fuck and I come in. Me and my girl get 2 Carmel iced coffee. One with sugar and cream and the other with some skim milk. Now I get my coffee it looked nice can't lie, I took one sip, and my face turned Made the most sour bitter ugliest look I've ever felt in my life. I was appalled and offended by the taste of the dirt shit 1842 created of the first lightbulb mud tasting ass coffee that I regretted putting near my tastebuds. When we first pulled up the lady couldn't even take our order because she was laughing so hard over the intercom. We had a simple order of 2 Frozen Caramel Coffees with Whip Cream & Caramel Drizzle. Upon getting our drinks we noticed there was absolutely no caramel drizzle on the sides nor on the whip cream like it's supposed to be. I tasted my drink and it was absolutely bitter with no caramel taste/flavoring so we decided to go back around and ask for them to be fixed. We were very polite and were told that we were WRONG. That there was caramel in it and that we were to go on our way. I get this drink very often and I know for a fact that I hate bitter coffee and love the caramel. So I knew that we didn't get any in our drinks. Danielle R proceeded to give us sas & attitude. We've never been talked to and treated so poorly over something so SIMPLE. This worker obviously lacks basic human interactions skills and doesn't even care. Beware going to this location because they will mess up your order and then proceed to practically blame it on you with no refund/ or help. Poor service read more
