The other day (Thursday) after coming back from an Uber run as an Uber driver, I ended up stopping…read morehere to get some gas using my GasBuddy card, and although my GasBuddy card only works outside, I could find few problems with my transaction. Things were clean, though there were no other cars filling up alongside me. I can't even say it's a problem of mine, but I never did know that Citgo has their own gas-savings/rewards card out there. I saw an application to fill out for this card at the pumps, but I had my own form of gas-saving/rewards card with GasBuddy that I was dealing with. I just wish it wouldn't be geared towards those with insertable cards to start it off, as I bet my other brother has a card already and was hoping you'd have a way to enter a phone number or similar at the pumps to get the same discount. I'm thankful I don't have to go through all that rigmarole with GasBuddy at my side. I can't stand always saying what seems to be the same thing in all my gas reviews. But when you figure in all the possible places with only pay-at-the-pump conditions, you get the picture that I have few other choices to choose from in what to say. But it hasn't been just me that has stopped in. My brother also stops in on occasion - though his experiences are sparse and outdated, and besides they are his spot to get a short car-wash which is also present on site. (This experience I can't back up, as I myself have never used this location's wash, as I find better prices and services elsewhere that make this car wash unnecessary and pricey.)

But everytime I stop in here, I'm always puzzled as to why it's so dirty and attracts so many poor street-people to "garbage-shop"(if that's really what it can be called)? I use pay-at-the-pump every time I come here with my GasBuddy card, and it seems like every time I come here, there are other street-walkers who come and pick through the garbage bins outside near the pumps. I seem to catch a glimpse of the garbage buckets (but never look through their contents), and they are always filled up with garbage along with many five-cent deposit bottles.(One time, I looked and it had over 4-five cent deposit bottles right off the top of it.) But that's not the way it is inside. I know it's small, but the employees are nice. I rarely have to go in and make a purchase, but there have been a few times I stepped inside. I was depressed once at the line, but that's a long story over that experience: and something that wasn't even my fault either but I wish not to explain it here. The store handled it to the best of their abilities, but it was just weird what happened. This location isn't in the best part of town, but it is on a main route (Broadway) (and near a secondary main route (Delaware Ave) that can be seen from this location). I do shop here, but not all that often; if I'm in town, I'd shop more at the Foxhall Ave location than here in the future, but only shop here if I'm in desperate need.

I've liked most of the other Stewart's Shops, so when I was nearby this one and needed a muffin and some additional drinks and easy breakfast pastries, I decided Stewarts it was going to be and came in early last month (about a month ago). I didn't find any blueberry muffins (because my brother grabbed the last muffin to purchase for himself and my mother and didn't mention that he was the one until much later) and the chocolate chip muffins affected my stomach that day, the rest of the experience went without much issue or hassle. But at least when i looked for a root beer, i found a vanilla one I wanted to try instead. It's not that the shelves aren't stocked, it's just the options I'm given to choose from or the placement of the items to make for an easy route to the registers to pay. I know its a convenience store and I'm left waiting for something else decent to happen to this station that convinces me to shop here more often again. My brother's favorite bank is almost next door, and he seems to avoid this station if it isn't for our mention of stopping here on occasion when coming through on specific reasons.

They have pretty much anything you need in a convenience store, and then some. snacks, food, sundries, beer, soda, and other drinks. I find that the Stewart's branded sodas are just as good as the name brand, and the price is much more reasonable. Also, this Stewart's actually has eggnog, year-round. And it's good, too. They have hot foods, such as hotdogs, chili, pizza, etc. For a slice of "convenience store pizza", it's pretty darn good, and reasonably priced, too! They also have things such as Sundaes, banana splits, etc... in their dessert shop. My partner and I are always getting their milkshakes, they are fantastic. Stewart's ice cream is top notch! The prices in the store are reasonable. . They are not a 24-hour store, but they close late, and open early. . You can also join their "moo club" for specials on items they sell in the store, and, you can also join their "scoop club" and get free ice cream. We will keep coming back. Thank you!

The store itself is well stocked but the drinks are placed way in the back, while hats, smelly-trees (for car) and engine oils are placed on shelves up front. This Mobil is a veritable chaos of action and nobody seems to know if there's even a "line". Customers place wet bags of ice on the counters. People knocking each other over. I went three times during my visit and had a different sandwich two times...both were incredible. I also really loved the music they play, which gives the whole place such a great atmosphere. Village itself has a small amount of seating, while Little Village has much more room to settle in, plus Wi-Fi if you want to stay awhile. Great coffee, great food, great music. I'd absolutely make this a regular stop anytime I'm in Kingston.

That display certainly hooked me. Came in for coffee walked out with delightful bites I couldn't wait to dig into. One of which was a strawberry danish. That crust was amazingly light and flakey. Layered strawberries, center with a little cream and that cream topped off with some lemony drizzle. Oh just pure goodness. Prices VERY reasonable. Coffee is outstanding. Desserts are dangerous. You will want to say "One of each please" and you won't regret a thing.
