How does one even work a shift without a bathroom let alone offer customers what they need when they stop for gas?

I've been wanting to try silver linings, but they re branded under the name Anecdote. Same spot and building as silver linings. When I came in, I was immediately greeted by Clint, him and his wife Marty are the owners. Eventually, Marty came in while I was there and I got to chat with them. They are very sweet. They also own another coffee shop that I really liked which was the mocha nut, but now they are both under the name Anecdote. The inside had a chillaxed vibe, with comfy seating. The decor reminded me of the mocha nut as they had some of the same wall art. I was undecided of what to order, so I asked Clint for recommendations. He told me of some seasonal drinks and that always peaks my interest. I went for the Red velvet latte with almond milk and it was delicious. I got it hot and really enjoyed it, I'm sure it would be just as tasty cold. I chilled inside while sipping on my latte, sat with my thoughts to prep my day. They have a restroom located all the at in the back of this establishment. n the back area near the restroom, the seats were so comfortable that I enjoyed lingering there with my coffee and having a relaxed start to the day. They offer wi-fi and have the password on display, I'll keep that in mind when needing a quaint place to work/study, with good coffee.

Everything down to the finest details about our lunch was so wonderful, that it's hard to narrow down for brevity. The setting, the decor, the exceptional service, the food and the tea and their presentation...perfect. So lovely. A few of us have food allergies, and they were easily accommodated for. They have a nice selection of gluten free options, and what we sampled was delicious. The girls were all so tickled with their Princess Tea lunch. They received crowns, and we couldn't help but notice that each girl received a color that matched their outfit. Having a selection of finger sandwiches and little sweet treats thrilled them just as much as having pots of tea to sample from their pretty little teacups. Even the smallest details were tended to. We enjoyed it so much, we quickly agreed to making this a regular girl date spot.

My daughter is on a gluten free diet and seeing no GF offerings on the menu she ate before we went but joined us for the experience. Our reservation was for 12:30. We were seated within a few minutes. Our waitress, Ashlyn, arrived and introduced herself, promising to be back soon. 30 minutes later she returned and asked if we would like water. We said water and menus would be nice. 30 minutes later she brought a carafe of water and the menus. We had plenty of time to discuss the menu. When she returned she sat down in our extra chair and talked about the selections and made suggestions for us. Then told us to think about what we wanted and she would be back. 30 minutes later she returned and asked if we knew what we wanted. My sister told her we would like to order now. My granddaughters and I ordered the petite tea, consisting of a cup of soup, sandwich, scones and sweet treats, and tea. We all chose the baked potato soup, sweet and spicy turkey croissant, and vanilla almond tea - all served on a tiered tray. My GF daughter ordered a cup of tea. My sister ordered separately. Our tea pot was delivered and we waited for our order. Our waitress appeared 30 minutes later and asked if we needed anything. My sister said yes, we would like our orders. Our waitress apologized for the wait and said there was a mix up in orders in the kitchen. She reminded us that she did not prepare the food, just served it. Our food finally arrived. The cup of soup is literally a tea cup of soup and while it was delicious, it was 3 teaspoons of soup - which we used the same spoons we used for our tea as there were no soup spoons. The turkey croissant was grilled and flavorful, also 3 bites. The tea was now cold but the sweets were very tasty. When our waitress reappeared, she apologized for the long wait and offered to take half off my daughter's tea and noted that we would also save the tax that would be charged on the $5.00 tea. My sister told her that was not acceptable, that she thought half off the entire table was customary in the restaurant world, keeping in mind we have been there over 3 hours. The waitress said she would talk to the manager, then came back and asked us to meet the manager at the register. We ended up receiving half off the entire bill and there was half off for my daughter's tea. 3 stars for adjusting the bill and for the delicious food, that's 2 stars less than my previous glowing review for making my granddaughters first "tea room" experience less than stellar.

Their menu has so many fun and unique options, and everything I've tried has been delicious. Whether you're into energy drinks, flavored coffees, or something sweet and creamy, they've got something for everyone. The staff is always incredibly friendly, upbeat, and quick. They make the line move fast, and their positive energy really sets them apart from other drive-thru coffee shops. It's clear they take pride in delivering great customer service. The coffee itself is smooth, flavorful, and customizable, which I love. You can tell they use quality ingredients, and the flavors are always balanced, not too sweet, not too strong. Plus, the prices are fair for what you get. I also love how convenient the whole setup is. Even when there's a line, it moves efficiently, and the staff keeps things fun with their friendly conversations and great energy. Overall, 7 Brew Coffee is a must-visit if you're a coffee lover or just want a great pick-me-up. Highly recommend!

Twinkle lights, a neon sign with the phrase "stay wild," plants everywhere and I mean everywhere! Little things that I noticed and loved included a table with a community puzzle and some board/card games, very cool artwork on the walls, and hints of Halloween (skeletons and skulls), my favorite. The community feeling was also very obvious. Everyone was friendly, there were so many cute dogs and people waving and saying hi to each other as they came and went. I loved it. Now, on to the coffee... I was going to be staying put for a while before jumping on the road for a three hour drive so I ended up getting two of their seasonal drinks and a pastry. I always go for the seasonal options and they had several good ones to try. I started with the "peelin' so good," a banana and caramel latte with strawberry drizzle. I opted to get it with oat milk. Oh my goodness, it was so good. You might question banana in a latte, but I've been seeing them pop up everywhere and it was delicious. I also got a babka pastry, which I had never heard of before. It's pretty much a braided roll mixed with a sticky bun. It had cinnamon in it and a syrup over it. I snacked on that while I was there and finished it in my car. Super tasty! Before I left I got the "beez nutz" latte because I knew I would need help staying awake while driving for three hours. It was a honey latte with a peanut butter cold foam. Also delicious. I sipped down every drop. This shop is the perfect mix of dark whimsy, community, and coffee. A special place indeed. Give them a visit!

Parking…read morewas crazy due to the event and we had to park over by CVS and walk over in the rain, which sucked, but it was fun once we were inside. The back area with most of the booths had too many people in it at all times, which stressed us out. I felt like couldn't really look at everything and often had to wait awkwardly to the side until other people finally moved out of the way. I ended up getting a new permanent bracelet after one of mine broke a couple weeks ago. I hadn't looked at the vendor lineup before coming, but had hoped there would be a permanent jewelry booth there and was very happy to see Golden Era. The owner was so nice and told me that Milk & Honey often lets her come by for events, so that's nice to know when going back to get coffee again. We also got a couple of gorgeous floral shortbread cookies from a vendor and had them as a nice little treat the next day. Despite how busy/packed it was, it was still very fun to have the event to browse while sipping on a coffee. I also loved the booth diversity- a fresh flower booth to make bouquets, cookies, permanent jewelry, antiques, vintage jewelry, a few clothing booths, custom press on nails, candles, a mini bookstore outside, and a pet bandana shop outside as well. For coffee, I ordered The Eddie (sea salt caramel macchiato) and my husband ordered The Milk & Homey (cinnamon + honey). The Eddie was definitely sweeter than The Milk & Honey, but both were very tasty! They had a super cute "whimsy bar" set up at the pickup side of the counter to bedazzle your coffee. This was my first time there, so I'm not sure if this was just for the event or not. We also each ordered a turkey caprese sandwich with a side of kettle chips, but they were a little disappointing. They were supposed to be on sourdough, but came out on white bread instead that kept sticking to our teeth and made the sandwich mush together when biting into it. Would love to come back and try a different sandwich or maybe a baked good next time instead.
