The barista added whipped cream to what was supposed to be a latte with a single pump of chai. She was annoyed (I assume with herself) and asked me if I wanted to try whipped cream on my chai charger. I was trying to clarify the drink that the barista had made (to make sure it was what I ordered) and started arguing with me about what a chai charger was. I gave up and walked away, only to find she had in-fact made it full-flavor. EDIT: Two hours later I went back up and ordered the same thing again. It was, again, made incorrectly. She called it out as a "Chai latte with one pump less of flavor". I again asked her to clarify, and then had to explain to her twice what I actually ordered and had to *ask* her to remake it the right way. Ugh.
