Inside the great giant supermarket is a to-go resturaunt, i orderered a 2 piece fish, usually you…read moreget a whole filet as a as 1 piece ( a decent sized portion). Today my portions were half what they usually serve. When I called it started bad, first though the lady on the phone knew my name based on the order obviously because I didn't tell her she said " we didn't fill an order for Tony L. " She then told me one of my pieces broke, I then said " then I should have a total of 3 pieces in my togo container, 2 halves and a whole but I didn't I just had the 2 halves. Admitting I was shorted would of been easier than trying to lie around the mistake. Once I had tried to explain the common sense of " how did you know my name before I gave it to you" and " a broken piece doesn't make a 2 piece, I should have 1 more whole piece " she then told me to take it up with door dash, I didn't have an issue with the deliver, my issue was with the product. I have add a pic of what she is calling a 2 piece, the hand in the corner of the pic is to give reference to how small these 2 pieces were. Again if 1 piece broke in half how does that not add up to 1 whole piece and the 2 halves?

Their pre-cooked whole chickens are also very good. Another good thing we like is the friendliness of this smaller store which is not crowded and noisy. Those of us who are not interested in fighting the crowds in the larger stores appreciate this. Their meat counter is very nice also. It is the basics, but good quality for a good price. We greatly appreciate having this fine store in our neighborhood, and often shop there instead of the larger Kroger or Meijer stores. Smaller can be better in some ways.

The taste…read moretesting of wines, tequilas and other assortments of spirits makes this store a welcoming place more than an in-and-out. I would suggest a visit on a Saturday afternoon if you have time. Each associate is kind, which tells of their culture. The owner is beyond approachable and is willing to lend his knowledge even during high traffic times. The selection of beers- local craft, imports and domestic brews rivals Horrocks and definitely beats them on price. They stock many specialities and sell individuals of local craft brews. You can make multi-packs without commitment and come back for a 6 or 12 of your favorite. They are well rehearsed on the seasonal selections have them ready early for parties and events. If you need a bulk amount they typically have all you need. Oh and they have nice 2 for sales and bulk buy sales. The quality of their finest spirits range from the $ Ripple to the $$$ Green Label. There are so many shelves that you can find anything in your price range at the State rate. You won't need to shop for a lower cost. They also have nice accompaniments like pickles, chips, salami, cheeses, gum and other snacks. I don't come for the wine and beer accoutrements but it's a save in a pinch.
