The aisles are always congested with staff shopping for others. They deplete stock on the shelves…read moreto a point where I often am unable to get certain products. They have a few people stocking, but they are far and few between, and often have their product carts blocking the shelves. Product costs are quite high and I get a laugh out of commercials for Whole Foods where they are touting their products as being low cost. They have certain sections which are supposed to provide more direct interaction, but there often are no staff people available, such as in the cheese section where the one person assigned that section ends up in the storage area to get stock. When the store first opened, it was fun to shop there, but no longer. I am making every effort to find alternative stores where I don't need to deal with the congestion and prices.

Today my portions were half what they usually serve. When I called it started bad, first though the lady on the phone knew my name based on the order obviously because I didn't tell her she said " we didn't fill an order for Tony L. " She then told me one of my pieces broke, I then said " then I should have a total of 3 pieces in my togo container, 2 halves and a whole but I didn't I just had the 2 halves. Admitting I was shorted would of been easier than trying to lie around the mistake. Once I had tried to explain the common sense of " how did you know my name before I gave it to you" and " a broken piece doesn't make a 2 piece, I should have 1 more whole piece " she then told me to take it up with door dash, I didn't have an issue with the deliver, my issue was with the product. I have add a pic of what she is calling a 2 piece, the hand in the corner of the pic is to give reference to how small these 2 pieces were. Again if 1 piece broke in half how does that not add up to 1 whole piece and the 2 halves?

The staff are amazing and friendly and the owner & son are very and try to accommodate everyone's needs! Clean store, only downside is the bottle machine sucks but it's just a small one. Plenty of room to park and gas prices are competitive for surrounding areas.
