It is VERY good - I asked for 50% sugar and now am wondering if they put 100%, because it's super, super tasty, but regardless, it's very good. I have heard of Presotea before and never been to this location, even though it's very close to my parents' house, so I will definitely have to check it out now sometimes. I'm not sure of the actual in-house prices but for Doordash, mine was about $7.70 for what appears to be a large. The brown sugar ones already came with boba, otherwise that is an upcharge too. My drink is very delicious, so I will be visiting sometime soon!

The beans which are roasted at their warehouse facility yield a very smooth and full bodied coffee with great aromatics with no harsh notes. The cardamon adds a unique tasting note which I have come to appreciate and love when drinking these Yemini coffees. Relative to the facility it is a bright ultra clean restaurant with a nice industrial vibe. The aesthetics of this business along with their superior coffee make for a very enjoyable and relaxing environment to savor your cup of coffee. Nice! Overall great coffee and a nice relaxing environment are hard to beat where you should check this business out if you are in the West Bloomfield area. There were people who were hard at work and others who were quietly talking to each other. There was a place for me to sit and enjoy my macarons. The macarons were so tasty and just perfect. I picked out the strawberry and took the recommendation of the cashier for the other one. The vanilla coffee cake macaron was quite tasty and I would have it again. It was so nice that they were able to switch my large chai from a stay in the cage version (aka a large coffee cup) to a to-go one when I had to leave. That made it even more special. The coffee, which has similarities to a Turkish coffee, is a medium roast with Cardamon and cream. Definately a unique flavor profile from what I am used to where it is a flavorful robust coffee that is well balanced with no harsh notes and oh so tasty. What I didn't know before coming here is that coffee originated out of Yemen some 500 years ago where they clearly have perfected the drink where this is a HUGE step up from the week diluted drink we call coffee here in the states. The coffee shop itself is bright, clean, very modern and very inviting with a casual vibe and nice Yemeni accents throughout to add to drinking experience. Staff is very friendly in explaining the drinks and how they are made and help guide you to the right drink choice as the names of drinks are very unique and a tad confusing as evidenced by my Mufawaar (: Overall an excellent unique coffee shop that is a must visit if you are a fan of good full bodied coffee. Due to a food allergy I didn't want to style the tart myself. I contacted a number of local bakeries as well as Plum Market, Whole Foods, Zingermans and more. None could accommodate my specific request. Finally, I came across sweet dreams and they were able to make me a beautiful raspberry tart to use for my images, based on the appearance, I wanted and in a timely manner. I'm really disappointed with the customer service at this location. I didn't have time to go back right then because I had to get to my kids' games, so I figured I'd stop in later or the next day to have it fixed. I went back out of my way today, expecting the usual experience I've had at other Biggby Coffee locations, where they're happy to correct mistakes. Instead, I was told they wouldn't remake the drink, and even the manager refused. That was honestly frustrating. There's no reason for someone to make that up, and I wasn't asking for anything extra, just the correct drink I ordered. Now I've had two days in a row of being unhappy with my experience, which is really disappointing because I go to Biggby often and have never had this issue at other locations. It also makes tipping feel pointless when the service doesn't back it up. I hope this location takes customer concerns more seriously going forward.
