It made me miss the Biggby on Lake Michigan Drive; I always had great service there. As soon as I moved to Cedar Springs, you'd better believe my coffee-addicted self was patron-ing this Biggby. At first, I thought nothing would compare to the service I experienced at the Lake Michigan Drive location, but I soon found that the girls who work the morning shifts were delightful to talk with and could whip up my drinks with accuracy and speed. There has only been one time I hit up Biggby during a rush. I waited about 20 minutes, but considering how many people were going through the drive-thru and in the storefront, I feel like that was pretty reasonable. I came out with the drink I wanted. I also like this location since I can sit and do my work there when I need to. It is not too noisy or distracting. Overall, the baristas are pleasant, the service is accurate, and they are usually well-staffed, which helps during those hectic rushes.

But to be honest, she's the only good thing about this location. The lines are typically very LONG and the other employees are not friendly and don't offer good service.

Sue's Kountry Kitchen: A Breakfast Adventure in Cedar Springs. If Cedar Springs had its own cozy…read morespace station, it would be Sue's Kountry Kitchen. Sitting right in the middle of town at 12 N 1st St, this diner has been serving warm, home-style food since 1982. It doesn't try to look fancy or futuristic. Instead, it feels like a friendly ship where everyone knows each other, the walls are covered with fun decorations, and the crew treats you like family. Landing on a Sunday Morning. After church, I stopped in for breakfast. At first, the diner was pretty quiet--about one‑third full. But as time went on, more and more people arrived, until the place was buzzing like a busy command center. Clearly, the locals love this spot. The greeter acted fast, like a well‑trained officer. She took my drink order right away. My large chocolate milk showed up almost instantly in a cold, frosty glass. It was creamy, sweet, and felt like a classic treat from childhood. The Main Mission: Breakfast, I ordered my usual: * Three eggs over easy * Crispy bacon with a crun‑chewy snap * Wheat toast Everything was cooked just right. The eggs had soft, runny yolks perfect for dipping. The bacon had that special mix of crunch and chew. The toast was thick, warm, and toasted just enough. I have a special way of eating this meal. I put an egg onto each wedge of toast, chop it up, dust it with salt and pepper, then fork it into my mouth, one savory bite at a time. The last piece of toast always gets a sweet upgrade. Today, I added both strawberry jam and grape jelly. It was amazing. Service & Atmosphere, the staff stayed friendly and fast, even as the diner filled up. Prices were fair, portions were big, and the whole place had that warm Midwestern feeling--like a safe base after a long journey. Final Verdict, if you want a simple, tasty breakfast that feels like home, Sue's Kountry Kitchen is the place to go. No fancy decorations needed. The food and the people make it shine. Highly recommended for anyone who loves classic diner food done right.

AMBIANCE & CLEANLINESS: located in a little strip mall next to a gas station. Everything was clean and it was minimally decorated in Mexican decor (I actually like it being minimal in decor). They had one tv to watch (if that's your thing). HOSTESS & SERVER: The hostess was also our server and very nice. She answered any quester had and was attentive. FOOD: This is what we ordered.... Beef Chimichanga (lunch portion) -- Taste, was good in general, beef lacked seasoning/flavor. Size, average to most other places. Price $8.99 and it comes with rice, beans, and "salad" (see picture). Chicken Fajitas -- Taste, very good, chicken had nice flavor/seasoning. Size, decent amount of meat/veggies, severed with your choice of corn or flour tortillas (I chose traditional corn). Price $15.99 and it comes with rice, beans, and "salad". Beef enchiladas (lunch portion) -- Taste, was good. Price $8.99 and it comes with rice and beans. You also get free chips and salsa (always a positive at Mexican restaurants)!! OVERALL THOUGHTS: Delicious Mexican food. Flavor lacked a little bit in the rice (not really seasoned) and beef (husband said it wasn't very seasoned. Overall food and price was good, we left full. WOULD I RETURN? Yes but with caution! About an hour after eating here my husband ended up with a massive headache and I had some not so pleasant bathroom issues for the next two hours!
