went in to get stuff and I was trying to pay with my gift card and it's somehow was in the negatives even though I had a balance and the larger guy working the register doesn't know how to do his job and was being rude. Then the manager came out yelling in my face shoving the receipt in my face and being very aggressive towards me. don't buy stuff from here the people don't know how to work and are very rude and aggressive I would have called the cops on the manager for being that aggressive with costumers as he should be put in a mental hospital for being so aggressiv. read more

I asked very politely if I could exchange a propane tank (my phone got very cold and you couldn't hear me) the staff was on the other end and were cussing at me saying they can't fu**ing hear me. And they passed the phone to other people and they did the same thing. DON'T GO HERE. They will act nice but then they will let their true colors through and they act very judgemental. If you need somewhere to get something go to the speedway in Kent City off 17mile they will treat you like family and are not judgemental. read more

The store was pretty messy but the staff was pleasant. There was a really long line so maybe they didn't have time to tidy up the store for awhile. I would return again. read more

This station is horribly managed. I stopped there and NONE of the pumps were accepting credit cards. Everyone was forced to go inside to prepay. They only had 1 cashier working who was visibly pissed. The manager wasn't helping. He was just counting cigarettes while 8 people are waiting in line. read more

Was very offended today by mgr. tried to buy a lotto ticket. Something I don't do a lot. But I know in the past I have bought them using my bank credit card and gift card (speedway). The mgr might as well said I was stupid. "You don't remember where you are. Because we don't use credit for lotto tickets." I responded by saying that I was sorry but have bought them before and at this location. She kept arguing w me saying I was wrong. What happened to the customer is right. Maybe she needs to train her cashiers better. :( not the first time I have had incidents and bad service here before:( time to find a new station! read more

With a super small store…read more But here's the deal: It has cheaper gas and is located right downtown (just across the river) which if you are like me and a long distance commuter when I forget to get gas and am at work, I don't want to pay 20 cents more per gallon just because I'm using a downtown gas station. So they have inexpensive gas. But getting in and out can be a pain. Every time I have been there I have come close to being hit by a car coming or going. It's just not designed for good traffic flow. Also, the last time I was there ( a few months ago) I had to prepay indoors with my credit card... this is frustrating as I'm really a fan of pay-at-the pump but to save 20 cents a gallon... I'll take it.
