I said of course Tay was so happy. we need more people that bring random joy to each other. When I need an item in a locked case, and I press the button, two or three associates come running with a key! What a difference from the one in Robbinsdale, which is in the next town, when I was denied an item from the case, because no one had a key! Maybe staffing is an issue with the Walgreens, and that's why a lot of them are closing. So far all my experiences here have been good. Please keep it up!

I'm a regular pharmacy visitor with prescriptions and this location is absolutely the worst of them all. The retail floor is operated by people who don't know where anything is, don't know how to help customers and don't know how to operate the cash register. The place seems to be in disarray and not being managed and I wouldn't be surprised if it closed for management reorganization.

I can confirm Helen the store manager allegedly was on her phone a majority of my time in the store and twice when the store was swamped helen got on the register but IMMEDIATELY got off and went back to talking on the phone. If I was a district manager I would fire Helen and give the attendant, I can't remember her name a raise. For $12 an hour from what I was told this company doesn't deserve anyones money and hopefully gets bought out completely by 7-11

The lady at the counter, an African American woman started to yell at me through the speaker system saying that I need to pay and she has my registration number several times. She kept doing that till I went inside to make the payment and she never apologized to me for demeaning me. This is poor customer service! I will take my money elsewhere!
