It was a quick and efficient visit. The woman over the counter inside the convenience store was very nice and friendly. Besides gas, I bought a snack to take with me on the road as I was about to drive to Columbus. I'm only giving them 4 stars since I've only been here once and it was a very quick visit. I haven't used this gas station enough to warrant a 5 star review. Is the bathroom clean? - I don't know because I've never used it. Do the gas pumps always work? - I don't know because I've only been here once. Once I visit more times then I can give a full review. There are really no "wow" snacks or anything at the gas station. The sandwiches and salads sold here are not tasty at all. Just the basics. The service is not good. I would say it's pretty dismissive. I don't enjoy interacting with the staff here at all and avoid going in as much as possible. FOOD -- I ordered the double smoked bacon breakfast sandwich (without the cheese) which tasted delicious. The sandwich is small but I like that it is on a soft croissant. DRINKS (3/5 for Matcha) -- Lots to choose from, such as coffee and tea. For my drink, I got their new iced lavender cream matcha with 1.5 pumps of simple syrup. The drink was actually too sweet because the lavender foam is sweet so I couldn't finish it. Next time, I'll order it with less lavender cream foam and no syrups. I do like that Starbucks has changed their Matcha recipe so the matcha mix no longer has sugar in it. It is just plain matcha in the mix so the customer is left to customize the drink by determining how much sugar (syrup) goes in it. The matcha itself was fine as I've had better matcha elsewhere. WiFi took a little bit of time to connect to my laptop but it eventually did. The wifi did not connect to my phone though. This is a smaller Starbucks location so there are limited tables and chairs. I counted about 7 tables with chairs and there is a long row of bar type seating. SERVICE (5/5) -- Customer service was friendly and getting my order was quick. There was a mistake on my payment where an extra $10 was charged by accident as a tip - after I caught the mistake on my receipt, while I was getting ready to leave, one of the female employees, corrected the error and refunded my bank account. She even then provided my drink and breakfast sandwich as a complimentary item which was super nice. If I'm in the area again and need a tea or snack, I will probably stop by.
