I haven't had a Frappuccino in over a year. It was much sweeter than I remember it being. The mocha one is almost twice the number of calories. This location has slow service. There is no drive thru. It's located inside a cafeteria style space called Patterson. It's a service stop off of the freeway. They sell lots of different mugs (including New York and Philadelphia ones). There is no seating inside this Starbucks. There is a ton of parking space.

The "cashier" was very friendly as she took our order. My cousin ordered a cold brew and I wanted to try the pumpkin blondie, tis the season! Not rude, but definitely not friendly nor displaying appreciation toward a customer. Throughout the entire exchange she was very short and her 'have a nice day' was totally unbelievable. I thought to myself, these cookies had better be good, as I had already wrote this business off as a return customer. Well, no, they were very dry. Decent flavor, but it didn't make up for the crumbly texture. Now, some people like dry biscuits. I don't. So, although I don't like to leave a poor review, I wanted to let people know that these cookies are on the dry side, and more importantly, I feel a business owner should have a better personality when dealing with customers. After I wrote this, before hitting send, I read some past reviews. Apparently, Gina does have a crappy personality.

If I could select no stars I definitely would. This store is the worst store I've ever been to. Why…read morethe fuck do you let your door dash and Uber Eats come through the drive thru not make them go in store to pick up their orders? I sat in the drive theu for 45 minutes waiting to place my order while your inside workers were telling me they have a massive Uber Eats order to fill and that's why they can't move the line. Instead of sending 2 employees outside to tell me this you could have had them inside filling the massive order that they should have been made to pick up inside instead of at the drive thru w and holding up the line for 45 minutes. Once you're in the line there is no way out, you're just stuck. Then to top it all off, the lady collecting the orders is not even collecting the order for the car in front of me, shes just on the intercom having a full blown conversation with the car in front of me about who's working and talking about their personal business in a drive thru line. The car in front of me could have very well went around the store and gotten back in line, there was nobody behind me, but instead of doing so she refused to move and made me sit another 20 minutes. I will never be back to this store ever. You've lost a loyal Customer over this dumb shit. Every other restaurant in the area makes the Uber, door dash and other services pick up inside the store, you should think about changing this unless you want more angry customers that waited 45 minutes in line and still got no fucking drink. i will be reaching out to your store manager and owner as well, fuck this piece of shit store and the employees running it. They obviously don't know what the fuck they're doing if they're holding up a whole drive thru line for an uber order that should've been picked up inside.
