The people there are very professional and friendly. Brandy, who handles the office, has been extremely helpful. She has even taken me home and picked me up when they didn't have a loaner available. They have recently expanded into a huge facility next to their old one (which they are now using as a painting area). They are very good at what they do. In one case, when my car was totaled, the previous owner actually found a replacement vehicle for me up in Morgan UT and drove me there to pick it up. These people go above and beyond. They also did a repair of my rear sensor for $40 when the dealer wanted $1200 for a new rear bumper. They also helped my son-in-law get a replacement rear window for his Expedition at a fraction of the cost from a dealer. Just today they buffed out a water stain on my rear door from a leaky air conditioner above my garage, for no charge! Check them out. You will not be sorry. OUTSTANDING SHOP!!!!

They took their car in and Dustin found that the drivers side rear break needed replacement. He did it at a reasonable price. They also asked him to take a look at the drivers front head lamp and panel (it's been loose). He took off the front tire to access (and this is where the problem starts). When the tire was replaced the lug nuts weren't tightened (at least after a few hours driving and hearing loud noises from the front end, my son was able to tighten them by hand. We took the car into a Subaru shop in grand junction (after being stuck there over night) and was told that the noise came from not tightening the lugs. After paying them to figure this out, I called Dustin to find out what the heck happened. Needless to say I wasn't happy because if the tire had come loose (it was that bad after the mechanic in Grand Junction got it up on a rack) it would have killed my son and his wife. Dustin said it wasn't his fault and hung up on me. So if you're looking for a mechanic my advice is to keep looking. Nothing to see here.

After leaving Los Angeles in my '99 Honda Civic during a heatwave, my car overheated and broke…read moredown. The next morning I heard the worst news from a shop in El Cajon. "Blown head gasket". The price? $1100. Waited 2 days in nearby hotel. Picked it up and paid and resumed my cross country trip. And a couple hours after I left I noticed my temp gauge going up and down. Especially when idling. I was concerned but continued on w/out using my AC through Las Vegas and into Utah. By the time I got to Provo, Utah, I could not sit at an traffic light for 30 seconds w/out the temp spiking. Fast forward to me taking it to another shop. I went to IM Auto Repair Shop who were right off Hwy 189 and close to 1-15 and it was here where I met Mary and Pablo and the first thing they did was tell me to relax, offered me bottled water, and that they were going to help me. And they did. They tested the fans, the radiator, checked the hoses, and spent close to an hour diagnosing what was wrong. They determined my engine coolant was empty (!). And they filled it and I took the car for a test drive and it is now working perfectly. When I got back they did not charge me and refused to take any money for their effort. Pablo and Mary at IM Auto Repair Shop are honest, kind and know their business. I would recommend them 100%.
