I call and they say everything is fine. I do external speed test and they are always less than half of what West Central tells me. I'm being literal when I say that our internet goes out every day. And more than not, it's out multiple times a day. I could go on and on. But, I think I made my point.

Even UPS warns people that you have to keep documentation of everything because they never credit you when you return items. Customer service chat is terrible. They promise things and then when it doesn't happen they try to correct it by giving you better speeds for just a couple dollars more. Should be a crime. Only issue is that there are only 2 choices in town and they both are bad. They also tore up my driveway and my front yard without even asking before I even got services. I decided that if they are going to tear up my yard without permission I should at least benefit from it. They haven't even fixed our drive way and the alley. Just pored some asphalt and left it a mess.
