You couldn't pay me to use this. This is the most unacceptable internet service. Here's my experiences. I live two minutes away from the city and my friends who live in the middle of no-where have faster internet. Once a week it just dies for no reason or warning. When it works it's embarrassingly slow enough where I can't have a ten minute zoom call without at least 3 interruptions. When I have to do homework, 2/3 of the time I'm waiting for the internet to catch up. Have you ever tried to take notes from a 144p youtube video? It's infuriating. This ISP has not fixed any of its issues for years and seeing that it's my only option where I live, I'm stuck and they can take my money and wave it in my face and I can't do anything about it. Used for Internet service. Turns out they drilled through the flashing on my roof to install cable. About $1600 in damage just to interior. Roof damage still getting assessed. They won't answer phone calls or email about questions about my issue, let alone paying for it. read more

Paying for business service 8mb ....about 8pm everyday it throttles down to 2mb or less between about 8pm and 2am....no help with tech support, they just question my equipment....they cannot support their load nor their contract...very disappointed Had a visit from the tech who told me that it is a problem with capacity that is diminishing the speed of our internet service. He stated that they have Rowena tower that they need to move Miles tower customers to in order to balance the load, however that is up to the tower team to do so DUH!! Problem is they don't do their job...get it done people and promise what you advertise! read more

As a follow up to my previous review, WCN was a no show today for their scheduled Tuesday repair appointment with me, but maybe Thursday they can make it. To review I signed up on August 15th, but they didn't install it until the 21st. It stopped working within 2 hours of the install and Thursday will be the 30th. Internet service is horrible. I experience constant disconnects throughout the day and all their maintenance can do is tell you to reset the router. I highly advise going with another company as this service is not worth $40 a month. read more

Network has slowdowns. 49.95 for 4mb, and most of the time when testing on speedtest.net I get around 1.6mb, and sometimes as low as 0.5. I have 100+ latency when trying to play online games on servers that are close by. Just completely awful read more

In Ballinger and service is terrible since they switched to data base! They reccomend I unplug my Roku to save mins!!! I am only 1 person, using 1 desk pc,and 1 tv streaming Netflix.Hulu,PBS,no cable and THE MORE I HAVE DONE TO CONSERVE MINUTES, THE QUICKER IT "OVERUSES" and can't watch anything for constant reloading.The 300 mins gone in a flash even when I unplug.It's like its on speed dial! Service is good until something breaks. I have had their LTE home Internet for about 2 months. It has been consistent but slightly slower than advertised. Yesterday it quit completely during a rainstorm. I called on a holiday Monday and left a message. No return call today so I called back. They scheduled a technician for 8 days from today. So my Internet will be down at least 9 days. Simply unacceptable. read more
