We kept trying to turn it on until the battery died and also the key lost connection to the car. We called a tow truck and took it to Pure Euro Motorsport which was the nearest mechanic shop with the best reviews and I couldn't believe the way they spoke to us, extremely polite, very helpful and honest. It was something I never saw because I live in NYC and everyone is upset in the big Apple lol. In about 2 hours they registered the key back and were able to change the part that didn't let the car from turning on. I been to mechanic shops where the people working look like they don't know what they're doing and you don't see that in this place. The mechanics have so much confidence and always looked happy. Now that I got a new car I will be driving 1 hour and a half from NYC to see them for all my car needs. I have a lot of respect for this place and their employees. Thanks again. -Juliano

Spoke to him on the phone when making my appointment btw. I get out of my car and he just starts saying "No inspections" over and over again. Which is cool and fine but I never got a phone call. He's supposed to be a manager but his rude attitude while he's wiping the windows to his gold 1999 Hyundai just really put a bad taste in my mouth. Who do you complain to when the manager is being ignorant. So I'm just letting you good people of the Poconos know not to come here. Here's the review you always beg for Tony!
