Bubbly Boy also had a line but the 10 cars in front of us seemed to be moving OK. To speed things up an attendant walked up to the cars in line and took orders and then came back with receipts. The car wash itself was very good, the water seemed clear & clean and the suds were plentiful. The best part of this car wash was the crew of towel attendants at the end, they hand dried each car in a thorough and complete manner. That included hand drying each wheel and all the spokes. Going forward I would choose this car wash over any others as it seems to be the new #1 in the area.

My car was overdue for an interior clean from my dogs and I knew that I wouldn't be able to clean it as good as it should be, especially due to the pet hair. I went online and was able to book it very quickly. I was able to pick the date and time. They offer 8 am or 1 pm. I took the 8 am, especially as it was summer and knew it would be cooler for them to work. I was pleasantly surprised when I started getting texts that morning on the status of their arrival. It was like I was getting an Instacart delivery! They were on-time to the minute, very polite, and answered all my questions. I knew the work that was ahead for them and felt bad, but also knew they had the right tools to clean the car correctly. About 3.5 hours later, they told me they were about done if I wanted to take a look and review. I had seen videos online of their work and in hindsight, I wish I could supply before and after pictures. I guess you just need to take my word for it that it was like a brand new car, minus the hefty price tag scent. Highly recommend, affordable, educated in what chemicals/ tools to use, and just so easy to do business with!

I have a very basic membership; that said the standard should be the same for all memberships regardless. The equipment holster is broken, many of the vacuums are not working or not there altogether. Things have definitely changed. When I inquired a few months ago, I was told they had complaints and were working on the situation, yet when I was there two days ago, nothing had changed. Jay and another staff member assisted me in deciding what to get as I had some gift cards for a certain package, but it didn't include the level of deep cleaning I desired (I had to add some things on). They didn't pressure me at all or make anything confusing. They told me it would take about an hour and that was exactly how long it took. I waited inside and they come in and call you by your vehicle model when it's done. I was extremely happy with the work done. It felt like I just bought my car new again. Side note: plenty of seating inside with ample food and drink options, including hot food.
