Encompass has trained their staff well to understand what compassion and care is all about. I spent a few days this week with my father, who is 92. He's fallen a significant amount of times and is growing weaker. He said his goal as "walking out of the facility", and everyone has taken that very seriously. Thank you off for being supportive. The entire personnel knew their jobs and extended themselves pleasantly and professionally at all times. The facility is up to date n equipment, technology and extremely clean. The cafe area is clean with no foods or large amounts of food in steam tables for hours. The private rooms and bathrooms - OUTSTANDING! Absolutely a great rehabilitation facility. My brother was in a life-threatening accident in…read moreJanuary 2017 and after much time he has finally made it to out-patient physical therapy. Five different PT locations were researched before choosing Portera as the place for him to get the focused physical therapy that he desperately needed. Dr. Denbow is forward thinking, dedicated to his patients & thoughtful. We find the staff to be kind, courteous and very helpful. Although my brother has only been in therapy for a few shorts weeks, we are seeing slight improvements in his overall abilities and we are hopeful that he continues to regain as much mobility as possible.
