Terrible delivery service, zero stars. Ordered clothing from a supplier who uses Spee-Dee for some ridiculous reason. My order, which should have arrived on Monday, was delayed because the business was closed that Monday. However the packages are still nowhere near the place it should be and it is Thursday night. The product was to be used on Friday so I doubt it will be there in time now costing me $100's and Spee-Dee made zero attempts to deliver the package when the occupants were there the next day like UPS does. Customer service lies and tells you that the driver tried to deliver your package but was not able to due to no one answering the door but then when it was finally delivered 2 days late we asked the delivery driver what happened and said this was his everyday route and he's never been to our location and or never tried to get ahold of us so he told us customer service was lying to us multiple times. Also when you call customer service they will act like they are looking into something for you and put you on hold and keep you on hold long enough that the hold times-out and hangs up on you (which is 15min on the dot) and then you have to re-dial and sit on hold for another 20min and then you get a whole different person who has no idea what you are talking about. This happened 3 separate times to me. They also will shatter your shipment and then leave it in shambles at your door step without knocking. So they A. damaged my shipment, B. rerouted it back to me without calling or emailing and then C. didn't even knock or say anything just set my shattered tile on my step and ran off. I hate this delivery company. I've used Spee Dee delivery as the shipping option for the raw dog food I order once a month for almost a year now. The food is frozen and ships over night. On tuesday the food was shipped, so the expected delivery was on wednesday. I go to the mailroom to get it but it's not there. There is no note or anything about a failed delivery. Wednesday, they call me but I don't answer because, believe it or not, I have a full time job. I call customer service on my lunch break on Thursday and they say that they have a policy when they require signatures for deliveries and it's something they're trying to enforce all around. I ask if verbal confirmation is ok, but it is not. They tell me they left a note and that i should sign the note and leave it at the entrance. Sure, fine. Sure enough, when I get home on Thursday, there is now a blue note saying that they missed me and they won't deliver it again. Customer Service told me that they would try again on Friday. It is Friday and I have no new note and no dog food. I called customer service again and they had no real answer on where my package was or if it will ever be delivered. So now I just wasted $150 on rotten dog food because of this useless company. Don't make the same mistake I did. Literally any other option is better than this place read more

This summer, there is road construction on my road. The shortest route isn't accessible. But going down the adjacent road and coming in from the other direction is accessible. Twice in the past month or so, my package was returned to the vendor stating road closed. I receive packages from UPS, FedEx, and Amazon just fine. I ordered from a business that is 60 min from the Twin Cities. It has been 5 days now and I still have not received my package. I called them and they transferred me to customer service. I send packages from Minneapolis to Eveleth, MN every two weeks. Usually 2 days to deliver unless a weekend gets in the way. Last two times package made it to Virginia,MN overnite and one package was not delivered to Eveleth ( 3-4 miles away) for 6 days! Their package tracking is a joke, it never even showed out for delivery until after the driver attempted to make my delivery. I work night and missed my delivery because they showed up at 11am(it required a signature) had they given me an expected delivery time of 9am to 12pm I would have adjusted and been up for the delivery. The delivery driver waited exactly 15 seconds after ringing the doorbell before he left so by the time I got up and ran to the door I got to watch as he drove away. I called the customer service and they were no help, they labeled that one delivery as the final attempt and took it back to the company that I purchased it from. My star is really a zero. Spee Dee did not deliver a package to a business that is marked to leave even if door is not open. Time sensitive material never received. Calls were made when not received on Thursday. Calls were made again on Friday with a guarantee it would be left at the doors even if locked. Called the supervisor at the corporate office Monday morning (still no packaged that was needed for the weekend) and all there was excuses as to why it might have been delayed. He did not even look up the package or where it was now. One was weather system that happened on Wednesday that may have affect a Friday delivery. The supervisor read the entire weather report to me for Tuesday to Wednesday system not allowing me to speak. No apologies, no offer to see what happened and attitude towards me. I am not the customer that hired them but I am an end use customer and I would not recommend anyone to use Spee Dee Delivery. I recommended this morning that our printing company (high volume customer deliveries) not continue to use Spee Dee Delivery. We put the address right, they cant deliver it though as they keep telling me in an email, and just keep sending the package in a loop back and forth.
