Asked how long they expected it to take, and they begrudgingly said they can't tell how long it would take. Got the impression they are understaffed and workers are therefore upset and taking it out on customers. One worker just left then after we waited a long time. The lady that did help me though it was nice and helpful though once.

Went here feb 1st to ask about new cell phones ,The management assured us that the phones would…read morehave a signal in our rural area so we bought them on condition they would work,got them home friday night,no signal at all!The next day sat we returned the 2 phones back to store and a tablet in opened.True to their word store management did not charge us anything.I 3 weeks later received a bill from carol stream il ( stand t billing center) for several hundred dollars,after hours on the phone they understood 1,we did not have a current account and never dod and 2,we returned the phones back the next day ,and 3 ,did not owe for the phones and service we do and did not have!4,get another past due bill for $195.00 with late fee?This is again for the non existent service I never had? No one I talked too appears to understand that 1 had their (Atandt)phonedms less than 24 hours and no service,Store management also agreed to waive activation fees restock fees ect which they did .We talked to store management which refers us to the 800 number that keeps billing me for non existent service.If they turn me in to collections, I will use for what is fraud i.e. trying to collect money for a non existent service.I have no way to have canceled the account 24 hours after it was open ,.why won't they help? While in Terre Haute visiting the future in-laws we decided it was time to buy my fiance a new cell…read morephone. I have been begging her to ditch her Blackberry and go to Android (or iPhone) for awhile now, but she's always been worried about touch screen keyboards, she doesn't do well with them. We decided that the HTC EVO Shift 4G would work perfect since she's already on Sprint. We had already tried the Sprint store at the other end of town and only after getting all of her information and talking about plans, etc. (wasting 20 minutes of our time), we were informed that the store didn't have any of the phones in stock... great. We were then told that they could not call this other Sprint store to see if they had it in stock because they were not affiliated with them (this must not be an "official" Sprint store). I couldn't get a hold of this place at the telephone listed on Google Maps, but since it was near where we at lunch we just decided to swing by and see if they had the EVO Shift in stock... which they did. The two people working at the store were extremely friendly and explained everything we needed to know, while at the same time talking to us like we were actually human beings instead of just dollar signs. The guy behind the counter let us play with his new EVO 3D as he was going through and setting everything up with the new phone. They even went so far as to install the screen protector and put the case on for us. Most places just throw the accessories in the bag and shove you out the door, but not here. The only problem came when we went to transfer the phone numbers and pictures over from the old Blackberry to the EVO, but it wasn't their fault. Apparently if you have over 400 pictures, 50+ videos and 300+ contacts, the transfer machine doesn't like to do it all. It would transfer all of that data from the Blackberry to the machine fine, but once it tried to move it over to the EVO it stalled out. Not a big deal though, all of the pictures/video were stored on the memory card so we just moved the contacts over and I used a card reader later to move the pictures/videos. The only reason this place didn't get 5 stars from me is because while opening the phone and taking it out of the box the one woman dropped the phone on the ground. The guy behind the counter was also rough with the phone 1 time, but there was no problem with the phone and everything has been fine. I just wish they would have been a little more careful considering it was the last one in stock and she was itching to get the phone. So if you have to go to Sprint and you live in Terre Haute I would recommend going to this location as opposed to the other location, or at least call to make sure the other location has the phone you're looking for. I obviously can't give the other location a bad review because we didn't really have any experience with them, but our experience at this location would definitely bring us back.

I downloaded a pdf reader for my files on my new Samsung and ended up with malware that locks my…read morephone until I'm able to clear it. I went to this particular store and was told there was a woman who could fix the issue. I waited 45 minutes for her to show up and when she finally came she blew me off. The guy who I initially talked to brought over a tattooed freak with literally 3 teeth and greasy hands who played with my phone gave it back and said I did what I could if it's still a problem I should go to best buy. Still having the problem and had to clean the auto grease off of my phone.
