I was returning to Terre Haute the next week to see my Dr. And stopped in and my driver went in to talk to the crook that sold it to us and said the same thing. I had not worked for three months and money was tight. I could not walk without help or without a cane. We scrape up enough money to buy it cause we thought we getting a good deal. Instead we got screwed over.Took our money and wouldn't help at all. A few days later and $185.00 later a technician came from Danville Illinois to look at it and he confirmed it was junk, and by the serial numbers it wasn't a new washing machine. I wouldn't piss on the person that sold that pile of junk if he was one fire. KARMA IS A BITCH. I honestly don't know how you can look at yourselves in the mirror . When we finally found a mobile mechanic to help us, Conner continually checked in on us and the mechanic. Highly recommend this store. Rob Cutright, the awesome owner, welcomed us in, diagnosed the problem, replaced the battery, ran out and bought the alternator and installed that while his lovely wife held the light. She had come in from work as a physical therapist and was waiting to take him home. They stayed open late to get us out by 5:30 and back on the road to Chicago. We had thought we'd be spending the night in Paris!!!! Thank you so much Mr and Mrs Cutright! You are the epitome of customer service!!! And the cost was more than fair too!!!!
