Whatever gets "fixed" never seems to stay fixed. Most recently, I had five separate serious outage periods within about a month, including multiple multi-day outages. Support was incompetent, inconsistent, and they hallucinate! They would say the connection was fine when it clearly didn't exist. I eventually had to pay for a separate 5G backup internet service just to have something reliable. Avoid Volo if you have literally any other option.
