    I ran into an issue with a cable box due to lighting striking my home and called Spectrum within minutes had the problem resolved and was able to get it replaced at an office located in Midtown which is walking distance from my home. Upon entering the office I was greeted and asked to sign in on the kiosk and will be called to be assisted but lucky for me the representative had made the appointment for me which is a bonus. The wait time was minimal and I was in/out in less than 10 minutes. Great customer service in my book!

    This Spectrum store is new and clean, and located right next to the REI. There is a parking lot in front of the store, but if that is filled, there is also a nearby free parking garage. The store seems to offer a variety of services for phones, cable, and internet, including selling supplies, fixing issues, and swapping equipment. The good thing about Spectrum is that you can make an appointment online if you have to visit the store in person. I highly recommend doing that. I just had to do an equipment swap - my old Bright House modem for a new modem & router - but the tech I talked to online still recommended making an appointment. I'm glad I did - when I got to the store and signed in, there were about 5 people ahead of me. But when one of the three workers finished, I was called right away. The equipment swap took less than 10 minutes, then I was on my way.

    New store located in the new Midtown development at Dale Mabry & I-275. This is primarily a mobile store, however, they can assist you with TV or internet service also. Since it is a new store, with no visibility from the street, no other customers were in the store and I had quick service. You park in the parking deck and is is a short walk down the elevator and across the street.

I moved into a newer apartment complex in New Tampa and chose Frontier as my internet service provider. The customer service, setup, technician service, and service in general were good. No issues. I recently tried to cancel my Frontier internet service because I'm moving out of state after 18 months. First, I checked their website to see if I could transfer service, but it wasn't available. Then I tried to cancel online, only to find out you can't--you have to call an agent. After working a 12‑hour overnight shift, I called customer service, exhausted but determined to cancel by the end of the month. When I finally reached an agent, I explained my situation and asked to cancel. Instead of helping me, he stalled and kept pushing questions and sales pitches. He asked things like how I knew Frontier couldn't cover my new apartment, who was moving into my old place, and whether they'd want Frontier service. I told him repeatedly that I didn't have that information and that I just needed my service canceled. No matter how many times I asked, he ignored me, kept putting me on hold, and followed what felt like a script designed to keep me as a customer rather than listening to me. I was frustrated, exhausted, and felt completely unheard. All I wanted was a straightforward cancellation, but instead, I was met with resistance and pressure. Finally, I was not getting satisfaction and ended the call. I called back, luckily got another agent, and got my services cancelled. However, as a consolation prize, Frontier is charging me a $50 restocking fee after 18 months of use. What? So, if you want consistent, good internet service, do not mind the runaround when you wish to cancel your services, and are okay with being penalized a $50 fee for returning the equipment, this is the company for you! For the leaders of Frontier, please do better by your customers! Thank you for your time to look at my review!

I use wireless for my work so I was in a very unpleasant situation the last two weeks of living in our home. This is the only utility company I have ever heard of that shuts down services without speaking to the homeowner first to verify. Then, to top things off, they had the audacity to send us a $58.00 bill, with threat of collection, for a disconnect fee, two months after we left the property. Yes, you read that right - they charged us $58.00 as a final con job and then told us they do this to everyone when they end their service with them.

I walked into the store about 12:05 PM. They had just opened there was one customer in there, so I waited for Jorge to come out and assist. He seemed like he was an honest person that worked for Spectrum and told me the pod had been removed from my account and he canceled that. He tried to offer me two free lines of service told me that would be free. I would just have to pay for the phone. I told him no thank you I was not interested and that was that. He told me he cannot give me a receipt right then and there, but would be happy to email it to me once he completed everything on my account and told me look out for an email. About 20 minutes later I had already left. I noticed an email from Spectrum.I did not pay any attention to it because I thought it was my receipt for returning the Pod. An hour later, I received two more emails from Spectrum saying my service order has been updated. I thought this was an email notifying me that my pod that I had returned has been received however surprisingly it was an email showing that I had added multiple services to my account that I knew nothing about and did not agree to! Never was even talked to me about adding TV service or anything else other than adding two cell phone lines and I told him no. I immediately called customer service because I did not want to drive back up there and cuss him out because I felt so upset and frustrated that a representative in the store or even over the phone would do something like this! This is uncalled for and very unprofessional! The supervisor Dominic that I spoke with over the phone assured me that the additional services that I had not asked for or even were offered have been removed my account and everything is back to what I previously had. If anyone goes to the store Do not let Jorge Reyes assist you! Because if you do, you will leave with the service services not added to your account. Dominic, who was a supervisor in the call center was very helpful however.

While on Vacation in NC, we were recording all of our shows on our two Tivos, or so we thought. Sometime in Feb 2025 they apparently stopped supporting their cable card technology. No notification provided. They continued accepting my autopayments for 3 more months. When we returned, we had all black recordings. I called, they sent a tech, and after a half day troubleshooting he determined they no longer supported the equipment. Needless to say, we canceled. they would only refund 1 month of service's paid, they refused to credit back the previous 2 months. We returned the non functioning cards (we saved the receipts). Since I paid via CC on the auto payment. My CC reversed the 2 months back. Of course, 4 months later, their collection agency started hounding us for the 2 months, AND for non-returned equipment. We have worked with them, and they found the equipment, However, they still want to be paid for services they did not provide. You can believe all the BAD reviews you read, they are the worst. After 3 + years of loyalty, they want payment for services they quit providing without notice. LUCKILY we have an 820+ credit score, so I will handle the score hit, BUT I will NOT pay for something they did not provide! I think you can add a note to the credit report, but I'm sure it won't help much. BUT, I will tell this story FAR and WIDE..... Hopefully they will lose some business too.

What a freakin' DISASTER these people are! We've been with Brighthouse in Riverview for two years; no major problems, quick service when needed, appointments kept for issues needing service. What a world of difference 11 miles makes...moving from Riverview to Sun City Center. Now our service is performed by outside "contractors"...HA, what a joke! Appointments set - meaningless...promises made by Spectrum customer service - meaningless...apologies for missed appointments, mistakes - pure lip service and candy coated, scripted "I'm so sorry this happened to you", just dripping with BS and insincerity. Complaining, shouting, pleading...all just a waste of time and breath. We feel trapped and helpless...have to have cable in order to do my job. Spectrum is it. No other company available, and they know they have you by the balls; could care less what your situation is.

She also refused to even provide any type of identification that might allow me to lodge a complaint. This has to be the worse example of customer service I have experienced in at least the past decade. This, on top of the fact that the cable service that Brighthouse/Spectrum provides is characterized by all kinds of software flaws, errors, required frequent reboots and as often as not, failed to load or navigate properly when I turned the television on. This was NOT an issue with my hardware. I will NEVER utilize Spectrum's service again.

She said that I could get 2 of these watches Free + a reasonable monthly fee+ *Insurance that she said I could drop in *3 months. Turns out these watches DO NOT signal for 911 when you fall. I had a bad fall & it didn't call 911. Our Monthly T-Mobile bill has doubled randomly with multiple charges of $1. Spoke to a Supervisor who said it would take $700+ to pay the balance for the 2 "free watch phones" or she said, "Maybe you could sell them online". To say that T-MOBILE has had a serious decline in the 14 years we've had them is an understatement. Calling their Corporate office in "Bellevue, Washington today. T-MOBILE is not a member of BBB, however their complaint rating is " 1.83 in negative ratings of which they have thousands. "If something seems to good to be True.. it is probably NOT True.
