The lady literally just gave me the cleaner and asked for my license and sign some papers and thats it. She did say that there is a dirty fee so I need to clean it after I use. I used it in my new house like brand new house. I opened it up and saw tons of pet hair before I even used it. It was everywhere. I am a very timid person so I just accepted the fact that I wasted 60 dollars. And didn't even use it because of how dirty it was. I gave it back on time and told me that it was dirty and I needed to clean it. I told them that it was not my mess and I have no pets. The lady at the front this time was very nice and understanding. I just used some wipes and wiped it off. I was gagging while doing it because of the smell. Then they told me that if it was dirty that I should have just called. Well they didn't tell me that in the first place at all. So I just wasted 60 dollars on a dirty vacuum cleaner. Go to Home Depot in Moore instead they have a bigger selection too. But kudos to the lady in the front desk standing up for me.
