The older gentleman was not happen about it and on the way over to the glass cutting area states that the glass lowes purchases is cheap and breaks often. Flower shopping today. Love going to several places enjoying the find. Stopped in looking for a couple things not found at nurseries. Rose moss in just Red and White is hard to find. Happened to find a few flowers for ,$1.95 each. Checking out on special for only $1.00 each ! Will be going back in just a few days to get more before it ends next week. They don't have some flowers that I like to plant. What they do have is special potted ones for gift giving. I would be thrilled to receive one for Mothers Day. i purchased a clearance paint, $7, the top color displayed what appeared to be white. reviewed it with the paint worker. when I got home and applied a few strokes it was clearly a blue tone. tried to return it, they said "sorry". I walked out without the refund and purposely left the paint there because I have 0 use for blue. If they allow the person who originally messed up on the color to return it, they should allow the purpose who attempted to repurpose it to return it. ill be shopping at Home Depot from now on. this will be my last resort place. customer service was horrible. read more

Pretty Nice place! Well organized and clean the prices were clearly marked. We were in looking for a new fridge for the new house. Got a pretty good idea of what we want. Now we go get it at the location that is nearest the new house. It was not super busy and help was smiling and walking around everywhere. Easy to find stuff and great layout. This is our go to location for all things home and outdoors. The staff here is polite and courteous. They are always willing to lend a helping hand if needed. The store is generally clean. The products on the shelf are organized and not cramped. Lowes offers a military discount, which is always an added plus. Lowes products always seem to hold up better, and Lowes stands behind them as well. read more

We end up going to Lowes almost weekly because we've always got wood working projects, gardening, DIY things, and/or something that needs fixin' around here. So we always go to Lowes for everything we need. (We used to go to Home depot as well but they've been letting us down lately. Too expensive, out-of-stock, or they just don't have what we want.) The Craftsman tool warranty honoring here is ridiculous. I'm not sure if it's craftsman or Lowe's, but my experience prompted me to head straight to Home Depot to purchase their tools. My ratchet (#44808) they carry but was out of stock so they couldn't help me. The lady at "customer service" simply referred me to the 1-888 number. She had no desire to help. An associate in tools looked up the number for me and said the only metro Lowe's that had it in stock was in Edmond. I called the 1-888 number and all they do is route you to the store (Lowe's, ACE or Sear's) of purchase to go through them for replacement. Needless to say, Lowe's didn't want to help and now Craftsman warranty isn't worth anything. STOP buying Craftsman. read more

This store got a new manager in the last few months and it's only gone downhill since then. Items that previously were accepted for returns and are eligible for return on the Lowe's site are no longer accepted at this store. I bought paint that was the wrong color, took it back within the accepted window to return it and they refused. Drove to the Lowe's four miles away and returned it without issue. read more

We bought appliances and were told that we would get $300 off the sale. But it's a scam!! Apparently if they have to come from the warehouse and they aren't in the store it's not honored. My husband and I are very disappointed in the customer service and are frustrated with this process. Not too mention it took hours to check out due to their computer system. Given today's circumstances I was looking for a freezer. They're becoming scarce again so when I found one at Lowe's I jumped on it. I dealt with Hunter. He was very nice. He wasn't the man I spoke with on the phone who went back to the "back" to see if they had any left from a recent shipment but unfortunately I can't remember his name. I went there to buy the freezer and schedule delivery. Hunter helped with all that. It went through without a hitch so far. This is for sure a 5 Star-service Lowe's in my opinion. I'm really grateful for that, because the next closest one on 240 is 15 min away and the service there is nowhere close to this one. I have had to deal with many different employees in so many areas of this Lowe's location, and I am proud to say that EVERY SINGLE experience I had being helped was pleasant. Not just pleasant, but most of them go out of their way to assist and smile while they do it. The limited ding and dent section of this location is the only complaint I have, but that's probably a good sign. We have been remodeling our house room by room the last year+ and I visit this place at least once every week. I had an issue with an out of stock item that I needed quickly, and one of the managers went out of his way to assist us. I don't remember his name, but I was pretty impressed. Not sure what has happened with the Lowe's in Moore, OK. This has always been my goto. We paid for two outdoor chairs over 6 weeks ago and they told us we would have them in three weeks. We went on the date they told us and they told us they were in but couldn't find them and to come back the next day. We go back in the next, they can't find and they said they must have sold them. They have given us three additional dates to come back in as they would have them sent from another store. Five trips and we still need to go back again. NEW MANAGEMEMT? This place is a 0 star establishment. The customer service is terrible. I went in to buy 200ft of cable that is advertised by the foot. It took forever for someone to finally help me. They had no clue what they were doing and acted as if I was a bother to them. Then to cut the cable for me off the spool they stretched the cable down the main isle from one side of the store to the other while screaming at each other. It was embarrassing. At other Lowe's stores and at Home Depot they just spool it onto an empty spool right there in the isle without making a huge scene. I will never ever go back to this Lowe's again. I have always loved the Lowe's stores but after that experience I'm a Home Depot shopper from now on. This store needs some training from corporate from the top down. read more

I had to go to this store for something they carried that Home Depot did not. I only go to Lowe's when I cannot find what I want at Home Depot because Home Depot is usually well staffed with friendly, customer service oriented employees, while on the other hand Lowe's is usually understaffed with rude employees who try to avoid helping customers at all costs. I hate the software on there cash registers that require you to put items in the bagging area before you can check out or having to wait at the register for the "skip bagging" prompt to come up. read more

Horrible customer service from the woman in the garden center. Not going to mention her full name but starts with an "s". Had 4 encounters with her since moving here and all of them have been negative. It's her tone, smart comments, and body language for me that makes me feel very unwelcome like I'm bothering her for shopping. On the positive side, the older gentleman working in the fastener (screws,bolts, and nails) aisle is an amazing guy, very knowledgeable and helpful despite him moving at a slower pace. Purchased a dryer stand online but delivery was through the Moore store. When the delivery person called they said they could not disconnect the dryer to put it on the stand. So we disconnected the dryer and pulled it out away from the wall for them to put on the stand. When the delivery persons arrived the delivery person showed us a dent in the stand and said they brought it to the attention of the Lowe's personnel but they said deliver it anyway. We accepted it with the dent. The delivery men then pulled our dryer to the middle of our kitchen and installed the dryer on the stand. They then left. Leaving the dryer in the middle of our kitchen instead of pushing back into our laundry room. They did not level the dryer just left. To me this is very poor customer service. Our expectations is when you pay for delivery and installation that the product is delivered and installed and ready to use. read more

I purchased a $700 trailer at lowes 1501 S. I-35 in Moore Oklahoma. I put it on my lowes credit card, and not 2 months later someone broke my trailer lock off and stole my trailer alnog with $1900 worth of tools on it! Some replacable but some were passed down from my grandfather who is now no longer with us.i called lows because I am still making payments on the trailer and the equipment. I bought thousands of dollars of equipment from lowes so I figured hey it wont be nothing to a multi billion company to just write it off as a loss or what not. Especially sence walmart owns 40% of lows. So I talked to the store manager, told him my situation and he said that they are not responsible for the trailer now that I purched it and it is in my possesion. After hearing my story I dont understand how someone could be as cruel. I dont see how he did not understand that the trailer is no longer in my possesion. He said to clam it on my insurance. How do you claim a trailer on your insurance that you dont have. Its a trailer not my car. I will never shop at lowes or homedepot ever again they are inconsiderate of people and do not care about their customers! I refuse to do business with a greedy money hungry business that does not care enough to help out a 20 year old new dad and his wife that are barly making it by the skin of their teeth. pro services i have been burnt twice now by the Moore store first time i went in looking to buy a shed for my well house and the pro service teammate told me they didnt have it although online it showed they did so he sent me across town to purchase. then 2 days later i went to get cable kit to tie shed to ground and boom right there on the shelf next to tie downs was shed i was originally in there to buy. dust on it so not like it just showed up. talked to manager he insisted on giving them another chance in future so i did. special ordered a large shed/metal building that was charged for and also giving a delivery date with order. so i went ahead and had concrete slab poured that cost over $1000 to be told twice the delivery date on shed was pushed out. then after 2nd missed del date had pro service member call me to let me know they are canceling my order and refunding me my $$$. ok thats fine but now WTF do i do with this concrete slab i had installed. yes more less will eat $1000 slab if i dont find another shed to fit. i most likely will be done with this store as employees or manager seem to care about customers. read more

We had bamboo flooring installed through Lowe's in Moore. They used Midwest Flooring in OKC. First of all no one in the Lowe's install department has any idea what they are doing in terms of scheduling and giving information about the type of floors we wanted. They tried to charge us insane prices for installation, glue,leveling, and drop off of the wood. I was able to talk them down hundreds of dollars so you know they are over charging. They delivered and installed the WRONG color wood so it didn't match the other wood in our house. It took us a month of calling them to get them to decide how they wanted to remedy the situation. We both finally decided they would install the new wood where our old wood flooring is. So, three months later the floors are still not in. It took them a month to get the wood ordered. A month the get the appointment scheduled. Another month of missed, canceled, and rescheduled appointments by Midwest Flooring. In summary, DO NOT SURE LOWES IN MOORE TO DO YOUR FLOORING! More importantly DO NOT USE MIDWEST FLOORING! Midwest flooring has the WORST customer service and the WORST communication with its clients. They are a terrible terrible company. read more
