After my iPad completely stopped charging, I decided to try them out. They have clearly marked COVID precautions marked on the door. No more than two groups of customers in at a time (it's a small storefront). Masks are required and hand sanitizer is readily available near the door. I stopped in on a Sat afternoon to get an idea of what might be wrong and what it might cost. I explained to technician the issue and he believed that problem was probably with the charging port which would require micro-soldering. The estimate was $169 with it taking about 7- 10 days. I left feeling satisfied with diagnostic and a $10 coupon for service when I returned, I took it home to backup all my info to the Cloud and came back to CPR the following Thur. Another tech said the owner of the shop was actually in town from OK and could do the repair that night. New estimate was $129, both things were music to my ears! I left it there with request to get a call if they found something else wrong, like my battery. I didn't hear back so checked in on Friday about pickup. It was ready to go and for the second, lower priced quoted. Did I mention the lifetime warranty on repairs? IPad has worked like new since I got it on Friday (it's now Sun night). I appreciated the customer service and speed at which my repair was done. I'd definitely recommend CPR for all Apple repairs and will be back if I need additional help.

My iPad wouldn't charge, took it in, they cleaned the port and now it's fine. I'm so happy!!!read more

Well, we are back at this Boost location to transfer my husband's phone from Spectrum to Boost due…read moreto the continued price increase at Sprectrum. The young man who waited on us was polite, friendly and so very competent and helpful. All the staff we have dealt with ovwr the years have been the same. I can't say enough about the customer service. The store is conveniently located near our home, easy to access, clean and there is seating available while you wait. I have had Boost setvice for several years and have been very pleased with the service. When I have needed a new phone I have gone online to purchase as there appear to be better deals that way but i then take my phone into the store for excellent customer service, care and setup.

I went in here to switch my unlocked iPhone from AT&T to Boost. AT&T kept jacking up the rates…read morejust for basic services and that was unsatisfactory to me. I saw that Boost had unlimited data and text and talk for $25 a month... I mean why the heck not?! I did my research beforehand and Boost is a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) meaning they ride on major carriers cells towers for coverage. In this case, Boost operates off of AT&T and T-Mobile's network. So pretty good coverage. So I bring my phone in and I was greeted by an African fellow working behind the counter. (Sorry, I can't remember his name). He was very friendly and he asked what I would like to do. I told him that I would like to have my phone number ported from AT&T to Boost. He gave me and my phone top priority and was very friendly throughout the whole process. May only complaint comes from something that was outside of his control when he had to contact Boost support overseas... that slowed everything down to a near halt but he kept at it. Eventually he got my phone number porter and my phone activated with Boost Mobile. All is well. Sidenote: This is a Usual rental place too? That struck me as very odd.
