The ONE and only Spectrum store in Laredo Texas has got to the worst customer service, wait times to get assistance, and all around a pain in the a$$ to go to. Expect like a 2 hour wait to get any sort of assistance. 20 ppl in wait list with only 4 reps in the entire store. Oh and let me add when they are not assisting on they're cell phones and chit chatting with each other. Like people have to be places, go during lunch time, pick up kids from school, etc... I remember when we had more choices of providers. But now we're all mostly forced to deal with this terrible company. I have mobile and Internet service here and I have to be calling these people at least three times a month because there is always an outage or hours-long maintenance way too often. The only pro about the mobile phone service is the price. But that's it. And even the phone service is mostly terrible. I lose signal inside most buildings and the 5G Is slow, very slow. I wish I could say I don't recommend this place, but it's not like we have many choices left. It's only a matter of time before spectrum owns all the market. Something needs to change. read more

Spectrum had a delayed delivery for equipment. Told me to come to store for pick up. I made an appt to come. The store told me that they need to cancel it and change it to store pick up. I come back. After being on the phone w spectrum for another 30 mins. The counter told me I just have to wait back line like a walk in. So here I am waiting probably 1/2 hours....cause there's 8 ppl ahead of me and only 3/4 agents. And each person takes like 30 mins Atleast. Fml. Paying $100-$200 a mo And service are glitchy. read more
