Its rare but it happens is what he replied. looking at broken phone, its very sloppy with glue all over the edges.. looks like someone was not a professional and very sloppy work. I finally got approved for a phone replacement and I went back to manager to see if he could at least transfer all my data from the phone he broke to the replacement phone and he said there is absolutely no way to transfer date from one phone to the other.
