Their prices are competitive and consistent, unlike their local competitors that will increase prices on holidays or when they are busy. Cell Phone ER has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure the job is done correctly. They've even thrown in an installed screen protector just as a "thank you" for being a return customer. These guys are also very LEO friendly. The only suggestion I would have is for them to open a location on the north side so I don't have to drive as far.

The store has a rating system (in the credit card reader) for the service received at the store, which is a little confusing, I was going to rate the service at 10, but it only went up to 9, it didn't let me input the 0 and I rated the service at 1 by mistake. Maybe adding some instructions by the credit card reader would be nice, or giving the customer a heads up about the rating system to be able to rate the service the right way. Anyways, just wanted to recommend this store and the Laredo staff as I received great customer service. Thanks.

Don't get distracted by the sparkly signs when you exit the elevator from the parking lot and forget to turn around into the info center for your coupon booklet! If you do, it's a long walk back from Vera Bradley's doors! Prices here were the best I've ever found for this brand and they are not seconds. I was so happy to find everything I wanted here at nearly 75% off. This is definitely the place to visit when you're here and to get gifts!
