I was warmly greeted by Kimberly, who was very knowledgeable and patient. We looked at different watches and she was able to answer all my questions and pointed me in the right direction. They didn't have the watch I fell in love with available, but Kimberly made sure to take down my information and said she would contact me if they received one. A few weeks later I received a call to tell me the watch had arrived! I came into the store the next day. It was the best watch experience I've had to date. Kimberly sized the watch band for me, explained into detail all the watch features and capabilities. The level of attention and care in the service they gave took the experience to another level. This coffee place was a great find. The hotel I stayed at had a tear off pad of local coffees and a self taken coffee tour in support of Laredo tourism. The vibe was great, and the baristas were friendly. I asked for a cortado which was not on the menu and they had no problems making it. That's when I know they are a real barista. The baked items are self serve and included biscotti and muffins. Every ounce of this coffee spot oozed creativity and uniqueness. There was so much to take in and absorb. REALLY!!! Scam, Scam, Scam!!! They want you to buy their ammo, targets, eye wear and ear protection. They want to force you to sign a contract and pay $15 a month. If you rent to use one of their guns or rifles, you have to buy their ammo. Hell no! Warning. Do not go there because it's a rip off. Poor excuses. I'm wondering what would happen if I was to open up a shooting range and would charge $10 a month no limits on visits and no contract. You bring your targets and ammo. No questions asked.

So, I walked in on 7/27/26 into the range go shoot a new ar15 rifle and that person walked up to me and asked me how I was doing and if I would like to be a member which I said no, he insisted and said it would be cheaper if I would sign up because 1 lane would be $46 and the membership would be $44. Since I didn't make sense to pay $46 for a one time and for $44 I can come again withing that month, take advantage and shoot once again, and then cancel it would be perfect. Well 5 days after that I get billed $43 and I wasn't sure why if 30 days have not passed by. I called to ask about why they already billed be since it had not been a month yet. The person on the phone was very rude and asked me why didn't ask that before I signed up and for me to go in person to cancel. Eventually a few days when I was off from work after the 1st, i canceled my membership and was told if I would like a refund but just going through the hassle of that I said no and left.

Their prices are competitive and consistent, unlike their local competitors that will increase prices on holidays or when they are busy. Cell Phone ER has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure the job is done correctly. They've even thrown in an installed screen protector just as a "thank you" for being a return customer. These guys are also very LEO friendly. The only suggestion I would have is for them to open a location on the north side so I don't have to drive as far.
