Please completely ignore the review from Melissa G. You're an adult, you tried the shoes on, you paid for them, and you left. Don't blame the store or the personnel. Grow up. How long does it take an adult to know the shoes are the incorrect size? How many miles down the road does it take you to realize your turn signal is on? I'm not affiliated with the store in any way other than being a satisfied customer and happy to see a high quality, well run, small business doing well in the land where progress goes to die. I've bought two pairs of shoes here and each time the recommendation is spot on. This is an awesome family-run running store. The owner, Jorge, is extremely knowledgeable. LISTEN TO HIM! If you are more concerned with how a shoe looks than how it performs or functions based on the needs of your stride and foot, then you will end up with the wrong shoe. Also, RUNNING SHOES ARE FOR RUNNING. If you buy running shoes and use them for other activities, then you'll be disappointed and they will break down quickly. Don't use a lawn mower to cut your hair and then complain it didn't work out well. This store is a great spot for great advice and great training accessories. Did a phone order with them for a current release of a sneaker. The moment I inquired about doing a phone order right off the bat the employee on the other end was ready to take down all my information regarding shipment and payment. She was very nice and already knew how to go about the phone order. Definitely showed it was not their first time dealing with phone orders. I felt confident in giving my card information and such. The transaction went smoothly. Encountered a little bump regarding email but that is not anyones fault. I was told an itemzed email was going to be sent the moment i got off the phone. It did not get sent to my email immediately. So again i called the shop and just like the phone order very pleasant to deal with and reconfirmed my email address to double check that everything was correct. I just received my shoes in the mail via usps. super quick shipping. fast friendly service. i am located in California and will not hesitate to give this shop a call for another order soon. They are very rude. The customer service is horrible. They recommended shoes that were too big and refused to exchange them after. The man that works there didn't even care that I had spent $160 on shoes that didn't fit me. I would not recommend going if you hate being treated rudely. read more
