I was warmly greeted by Kimberly, who was very knowledgeable and patient. We looked at different watches and she was able to answer all my questions and pointed me in the right direction. They didn't have the watch I fell in love with available, but Kimberly made sure to take down my information and said she would contact me if they received one. A few weeks later I received a call to tell me the watch had arrived! I came into the store the next day. It was the best watch experience I've had to date. Kimberly sized the watch band for me, explained into detail all the watch features and capabilities. The level of attention and care in the service they gave took the experience to another level. Thank goodness I did. They have a beautiful walk in humidor with an ample selection of sticks. They also have a nice smoking lounge in the back where I was able to sit and converse with a few locals and another traveler, like myself. Had a great time! Any stranger who walked in (ie: me) was immediately welcomed and was able to engage in the chatter. Everyone was super friendly. The price I paid for my cigar was well worth the experience I had here. I will definitely be stopping in every time I am in Laredo. Great place, great prices, and even better people.
