    There's 4 employees here and not one can help me been waiting for 10 mins watching Inez do nothing other than pretend to work and fidget with the computer mouse. So glad we cancelled service. Worst company ever

    Wifi is constantly going out even with a booster. I've lived in two locations with spectrum and each time the wifi has been terrible.

He tried to help me over the phone and he would've done that but I told him it was better if he come by. Because we might need some more equipment and I wanted to get a little class from him to show me and my wife how to work our music system. He's very knowledgeable and had a solution right away! The first guy that installed the system was using the wrong wires and the receiver was heating up it could've caused a fire. Pat's suggestion is he's coming out Monday and he's going to bring a amp, take care of the overheating and create a real easy solution. By a Sonos system so both me and my wife can control the music on our phones. It's very hard to find somebody that doesn't worry about money as much as taking care of your problems. Affordable prices and he sat down with me for a while to make sure I got what he was saying he's Just a great guy. I highly recommend him, I'm an electrical contractor and I need an audio video low-voltage guy. He is gonna be my connection for people that need those services.
