Is there a "0"? honestly, in this digital age Spectrum is laughable! Not only does their pricing keep increasing, their service is abominable! When you speak with a rep better plan on spending at least an hour as their systems load like the dinosaurs of the 80s.
If you're lucky enough to speak with a US based rep you get the privilege is explaining your issue at least 3 times - each one telling you that you are in the right place for support... NOT! After that, they will try to sell you not once but at least 3 times to upgrade rather than execute the request for which you called.
One must be careful to confirm what your payment will be after they finally input your request - and be prepared to hear them ask you what your hesitation is in accepting the deal that will increase your payment! read more
