I had a question about parts and the owner stopped what she was doing and spent about 15min on the phone with me after the store was closed to help me out. I further had an issue with an order that I made through a different company and Chelsey here at JSE spent several mins on the phone helping me out making sure that everything I needed was handled to accommodate the bad day I was already having with another supplier. Lets just say that I WILL most definitely be using them in the future for my future parts needs. Great company and I will totally recommend them.

As soon as I stepped foot into the store a gentlemen, no name tag, asked how he could help me. I told him I needed chicken food, he asked pellets or another kind. I told him any would suffice. The gentlemen took the time to walk me to the back of the store going over all the feed they have to offer for chickens and even showed me what was on sale. When I got to the checkout the women signed me up for a discount card, similar to a Schnucks, you enter your number every time you come in to build up points and get rewards. Once she signed me up I got ten dollars off my purchase I was making at that time. I never would have saved money without her. The customer service was outstanding! I wish we had one back home.

Prices are very reasonable. Generic drugs are $4. There's lots of products at their location--like blood pressure equipment, breast pumps for rent or purchase, braces, and what have you. If you have to wait, there's lots of seating available. There's plenty of parking and it's really close to the door.
